On 25/04/2019 at aprox 10:30 pm i've made a transaction of rs 1, 590/-to amazon shopping for a tyre but due to defect in tyre my order gets cancelled and my amount was refunded with reference no[protected] by amazon on 5/7/2019 to my account through i payed to them but my amount is not reflected till now in my allahabaad bank bank account. Plz look after all for my satisfied. Im totally get irritated with all sad of things. Plzz sir look after all as soon as possible. Hope you will understand my situation or concerns

Hello i was order a product from paytm the my product is cancelled and they are initiated my fund to my account no and my paytm order is no is [protected] and the dat and time is 24th october2018 9:18am and the amount is rs999 and this is my reference id[protected] number which is given by paytm they are refunded my money.. But my bank is not process yet from last 8 months...

Sir maine amazon se shopping ki thi 1381 jo ki unhone paise bank mai reflect kar diye hai 10 may ko 11:42am. Mai but bank ne abhi tak paise refund nhi kiye hai account mai

Aur maine sath mai hi paytm mall se bhi shopping ki thi jo 400 jo ki unlogo ne 11 ki date mai paise bank ko reflect kar diye hai lekin iska bhi paise abhi tak nhi aaya hai bank mai call karne pe customer ki puri baat bhi nhi sunte hai rudly tarike se baat karte hai.. Sir kidly refund money total aamount 1781 in my account and resolve my problem as soon as possible sir/ mam.

I cancelled my rail ticket pnr-[protected] & ircctc refunded rs.75 on 09/03/2019, bank refund txn id[protected], but allahabad bank didn't credited the refund in my sb a/c [protected]. I raised complaint in grievance redressal cell and emailed to z. O. Muzaffarpur (Ticket id 3340726/date 31/03/2019). I also send all details of transaction but the refund dispute wasn't resolved till date. Please help.

Sir, your branch of tatisilway atm is not working about last february 2019. And it's branch manager not taking necessary action to smooth operation atm. Therefore we all consumers are suffering problem of financial deduction with others bank atm. So please take necessary action as soon as possible. Thanks ®ards.

I have reported my problems with the branch but they are unable to solve my issue. For the past one week starting from 29/04/2019, i have been facing problem while doing imps transaction with the bank. Some of the major problems are listed below:

Sometimes net banking page is not opening & its shows "page error" or "error code bu" is seen on the screen.
Every time i initiate an imps transaction its faile's.
Every now and then such issue is seen with this bank. Please get is issue resolved asap. You can reach me @ [protected] / [protected] anytime.

I'm brought a metors 2.4 ghz dirt drift waterproof remote controlled rock climber crawlar car rally rc monster truck, 1:16 scale (Random color) rs 1349 on amazon then i'm cancled my product and i'm pay on online of allahabad of debit card then i'm wait 19th april till 5th may and i'm also check my bank status there was on amount in my bank account

I ordered corsair vengeance 8gb ddr4 lpx 2400mhz c16 ram kit for x99 chipset (Cmk8gx4m1a2400c16r) computer ram 3549.00 r. S from amazon.in order id - (Order #[protected]. And i was buying with the debit card of allahabad bank. But unfortunately i was cancel my order, and instead amazon.in was refunded my money on 21st april 2019, but the problem is that my money still has not reached my bank account. The last date for refund credit was on 26th april 2019. I was contacted amazon.in businessperson many times, but they are did not help me. They gave me a refund reference number –[protected] & my transaction id is - amazon00000bdr[protected]. And i also contacted the bank but the branch manager did not help me. Both the bank and amazon.in did not help me. So if i quickly get my 3549.00 r. S refund, then i would benefit. I attached some documents bellow.

I have got a refund from amazon the amount of rupess is 399 but my refund money was not credited in my account
I contact to the amazon customers care and ask for refund, they are saying that your refund was initiated on[protected] they provide me reference number[protected]...
Then today[protected] i have contacted my bank branch and i request to solved my problem but they not listen my word, they are not resolving me query they gives me toll free no. ([protected] this number is all time busy) and says contact in this no... They have very rude behavior for me... And they closed the bank boor before the time and says ok you will come tomorrow...
Many people was very angry to this behavior of bank employees we have can't understand that what can should do with this behavior of employees...
I request you to please resolved the (Refund) problem

I have ordered of rs 5000 of 20 april 2019 and same day i have cancelled my order but my money was not credited in my account then i contact to the amazon customer care team they are saying that your refund was initiated they provide me a reference no[protected] after 12 day i have contacted to the bank they are saying that u have done online transaction so that was completed to be online we can only saying you that the money was credited or not.

I have not received payment in my account its more than 14 days, and also tried to bank customer care no. Its not working ([protected]) and i have mail bank 2 time no response, and i have also contacted amazon they told that they had send payment on 18th aprill from their end and also they share transaction number :[protected]., and today i have contacted my bank branch they are not resolving me query, please reply asap and reflect amount in my account asap, i have also posted this complaint on your site too 7 days ago but still me problem not solved i'm really fed up now. My parents are having three accounts in allahabad bank including lian account. Today my mother went to allahabad bank zirakpur branch to submit cash in all three accounts. There is a teller mr. Rana. He was having trouble in depositing the cash and insulted my mother that she is not allowed to submit cash in all three accounts in one go and she can deposit cash in one account at one time and is supposed to stand in line again.

I think he is having so much work load and is facing so much burden.

I request you to take serious action against him and make sure that this thing will not happen in future again.

Sub : misbehave/rude language

An allahabad bank employee (Ifsc-alla0211527) mr. Manoj misbehaved with me and given instruction to leave the chair only becouse i am a schedule cast "harijan" when i was talking to the bank manager sitting on chair in front of him.

Bank employee mr. Manoj knows me very well that i belongs to a schedule cast "harijan" in same village.
Mr. Manager also said to him that he (Mr. Manoj) is wrong but bank employee refused at all and forced me to stand/leave from chair.

I need strict action again this misbehavior of bank employee mr. Manoj
