I had two amounts to be refunded from AMAZON for the amounts Rs. 229 & Rs. 299 which is initiated from AMAZON's end on 29/04/2019 but as of yet the amount is not in my a/c.

I havenot received my refund money initiated by amazon. The id given by them is hsbcn[protected] and it was intiated on 16th may 2019. Bank is denying from any kind of help. The amount to be refunded is rs 299 by amazon. Plzzzz make my moneyy refund as soon as possible. Amazon is saying that they have already intiated the money.
