I am a customer of Alliance Broadband with Customer ID [protected], residing at Buribar, Chandganj, Kumarganj, Dakshin Dinajpur, West Bengal — 733141.
I recharged my broadband connection on 27 March 2026. Since then, my internet has not been working. The PON light on my router is continuously blinking.
Steps I have already taken:
1. Called helpline[protected] multiple times — no resolution
2. Raised complaint on Alliance Broadband app
3. Emailed [protected]@alliancebroadband.co.in — no reply
4. Emailed [protected]@alliancenetworkcompany.com — no reply
5. Emailed [protected]@alliancenetworkcompany.com — no reply
6. Filed complaint on National Consumer Helpline (NCH)
7. Technician visited on 1 April 2026 but could not fix the issue
As per TRAI regulations, Broadband fault must be repaired within 3 working days. It has been 5+ days now — this is a clear TRAI violation.
I am entitled to validity extension for all days without internet as per TRAI rules.
I request immediate resolution and compensation for 5+ days of no service.
