Alliance — No internet

For the past 2 to 3 days I'm facing this problem. My network is connected to the broadband but there is no internet connection available. It's been 2 hours, I'd restarted the device, tried every possible thing but nothing worked. I'm working from home and it's a major issue for me. Plz try to resolve your connection problems asap

Recently for half hour my alliance brodband connection is showing no internet, I have really important works to do. So, please fix the issue as soon as possible,
I just get know from my service provider that as per West Bengal Govt. Order, Alliance Broadband Internet service will remain shut down until further notice due to present communal violence around.

So please fix the issue.
