Amazon India — Amazon sends defective products to the customers and harassments customers for getting a refund for the same!!!

Respected Sir, This is to inform you that I had purchased a MSI 990fxa gaming motherboard Order date 17-Nov-15 Order #[protected] Order total 13, 199.00 (1 item) Sold By: TheITWarescom which I had received was a damaged product from the begaining only.When my computer engineer visited to assemble my 2nd gaming computer on 08th of this December, He first installed all the parts including the processor AMD FX 8350, ram, graphics card but the machine not starting. He than checked all the components and than told me their is something wrong with the motherboard as it is not at all working properly while the rest parts are functioning properly and moreover sir I am a student of class-XI and I am dependent on my parents of my needs and they had become very much angry over me as this years begaining only we had faced a big problem with flipkart.com as their seller WS Retail sent us 2 broken smartphones and they didn't replaced it neither refund the amount of Rs.1 lakh and something. They just made us wait to pass out the 30 days replacement guarantee. Moreover sir forgotten to inform you that when I received the motherboard, the outer box was not at all tampered and the top of the motherboard manufacturer box had also tampered. I am requesting you to refund my amount as soon as possible and hoping that sir you could understand the wrost situation I am passing through right now!!! Moreover Sir the courier boy by mistake drop the motherboard in front of me at my home entrance and I told him that what have you done??? Do you know how much costlier motherboard is inside the package!!! He neglected me and told me that nothing will happen because it is inside a package and more suprisesingly he also told me that we courier guys throws off stuffs like this.After this I signed that paper that I had received the product and he went on.I immediately opened the outer package which was not being damaged even after the courier boy by mistake he dropped the motherboard package in front of me at my home entrance and moreover from the begaining only there was a slightly tampered at the edge of the top of the motherboard manufacturer box.I instantly cut the seal and opened the box and I was praying to god that please god the motherboard should be in perfect conditions and finally after breaking off the seal, there was no physical damage on the motherboard ram slots, pci slots and moreover for this reason I kept the product with me and after that you already know that When my computer engineer visited to assemble my 2nd gaming computer on 08th of this December, He first installed all the parts including the processor amd fx 8350, ram, graphics card but the machine not starting. He than checked all the components and than told me their is something wrong with the motherboard as it is not at all working properly while the rest parts are functioning properly and my service engineer also assured me that from the begaining only the motherboard was defective, it was a DOA Product Dead On Arrival Product send to me by the seller IT Wars, and moreover for this reason only he is not providing me a refund since he knows from the very begaining that it was actually a defective product a DOA Product send to me!!! The IT Wars knows that he is guilty and for this reason only he will trying to prove me wrong, he is a fraud seller sending defective products to customers. I send that seller IT Wars 16 emails personally but he didn't provide me a proper solution and moreover he is asking me to go to the MSI service center to get the work done. First thing is that my both parents are doctors of Apollo Hospital and they don't have time to solve this type of issue as they are way to busy with their patients.Secondly there is only one service center of MSI Corporation in the whole Kolkata and we live in Laketown, Kalindi from our home the MSI service center is way further and IT Wars the seller sends us the address of MSI service center but there is no contact number provided, no landmark, and moreover we even don't know that place where the MSI service center is situated and originally if it does exist. Thirdly I spoke to MSI Customer Care, they informed me they will repair my motherboard and moreover there is less chance that they will replace the product and if they replaced it than it could take upto 30 days and I have to submit my motherboard to the MSI service center which is way more further from my home. The MSI Customer Care representative told me if after submitting the product to the MSI service center it could take 2 business days to replace the MSI motherboard but there is less chance that it will be replaced within 2 business days because this product might not be available in the MSI service center and they would RMA the same Return Material Authorization and it could take 7 business days or more means 30 days to get it replaced and if they repair my motherboard it could take 15 working days and why I will be using a repaired product when I am paying the full amount of Rs.13, 199/- because repaired product don't last long as I had personal experience!!! Fourthly since to assemble a gaming computer it takes many parts to be purchased and many parts means more money and time.So I could not checked the motherboard when it arrived first at my home but later on when most of the computer components were purchased and were assembled the motherboard itself was not working so how could I know that actually the motherboard which I had purchased was a defective a Dead on Arrival motherboard since at that time I don't have the other necessary computer parts to test it out whether the product was working or not!!! I think that I had provided you sufficient information and I am begging you to please refund my full amount of MSI motherboard since it is an useless product and I feel that my father's money is being wasted, Thank You!!!
