I had placed an order on the 10th of August. Amazon was having an offer during that time. 15% Cashback on orders placed between 10th-12th of August.
I had done a card on delivery transaction (which was allowed under the offer).

They had promised to credit the cashback on or before 12th of November, its 1st of January 2016 and I Still havent received the cashback.

My order number is[protected] and the cashback amount is Rs. 944
I have contacted amazon for around 15 times about the same issue. Each time they said 'Cashback will be credited in 24-48 hours'.

And today, i received a mail saying I am not eligible for the cashback. Suddenly!

Some of the People from amazon that I spoke to were : Dhelib, Arun, Pratibha, Chandrashekhar

I have all the transcripts with me of the conversations I had with Amazon representatives. I have attached some of them.
