Amazon India — not my received refund

I had placed an order on 10th november but it was cancelled automatically on 13th november. I had paid the money through sbi net banking but till now i have not received any mail and refund. What the hell amazon is making. I called to amazon customer care, they gave me an another number to call. When i called, i was frustrated because it was only a scam.

How people will believe amazon. From now i never believe amazon and i will never pay money before delivery. I will always order cash delivery.
