Amazon India — Pathetic delivery service by amazon | |||||
I have ordered lenovo z2 plus on 19-june-2017. I am suppose to get the product on 20-june-2017 but it dodnt happened. I got the courier boy mobile number on my registered mobile number @ 8 am on 20-june-2017. I tried calling the courier person from 2 pm, but no response. I called courier person somany times till 6.30 pm. (I have paid the amount for the above order) After making somany attempts i reached customer support and got the replay that it will be delivered before 8 pm. As the delivery address is my office address and my office closes at 7 pm, still i waited for the courier till 8.30 pm but nothing happened. Next day morinig i received sms that delivery attempted @10.30 pm, but no one called me @ 10.30 pm. I am writing the whole story because this has happened befor also. I dont know whats wrong with amazone. I dont have any words to express. I dont know how to convey the message to amazon. Being a prime customer i am not getting the proper support from the amazon. Its better to opt some other online services like flipkart/snapdeal. Was this information helpful? | |||||
