My name is prabhat kumar agrawal my bank is state bank of india new delhi . Date i am purchased cell phone Rs. 13835 from amazon india. date 20.1.2017 bt SBI debit card. but sone reason i cancel this cell phone. on 23. jan 2017 amazon issue a refund Rs.13835. But till date i not recvd refund my bank accounts. against amazon Oder is #[protected]. then i call amazon customer care No is.[protected]. pls help us. but He provide Reference number: 285342 and told go to bank and give charge dispute filling here is i conversation details-Dear amazon ji today i am going for bank for Dispute Charge filling but bank Dennie these type of filling and provide bank statement for the period of 20th jan 2017 to 3 Feb 2017. Am writing this mail to file charge dispute transaction, I had to get refund amount from Amazon online shopping merchant of rupees 1717 on 3rd may 2017, they have refunded me amount on above date I didn't get my amount yet please reflect back to my transaction, please check my bank statement from 3rd may to till date it's not credited yet, Amazon have sent transaction unique number as reference, reference number is ############
Please resolve my issue, do needful

The branch is not cooperating...plz help ...A refund of 1585 rupees was successfully processed on 11 October 2017 to my account by Amazon. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.
I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken
I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund
Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

Now Amazon india is not taking any initiative
