Amazon India — refund not issuing

Dear amit sir,

This is my order id i had returned it through bluedart on 18/12/2017 it has been delivered to elite accessories on19/12/2017 at 1:30pm received by pavan. I had already spent rs1120 as self return courier charge by professional courier on dec 6 but the seller rejects the prodct and it returned to me but still the courier charges has not been initiated. On 17th i received a mail from cs as pls return it by bluedart or professional courier or fedex or dtdc any one we will provide you the courier charge and product charge once it gets delivered. As of that msg i also returned the product through bluedart (Tracking [protected]) and it has been delivered still no refund for product and also for courier charges issued. If i asked to cs they are telling wait wait wait only from the issue arriased. I need to know will i get my refund or not i have done all what are all you said now you needs to give me refund but why making customers to wait whats wrong in giving my money to me am i your enemy making me to wait for long period pls i need a reply sir

This is my order id i had bought sricam ip camera on 20th nov 2017 and it has been smoothly delivered to me without any problems but the product is mismatching looks different from which i ordered i aslo attached the pics and intimated this with amazon customer executive and they too checked and created a return for me i also waited for the person from ats to come and pick it but no one cames so i again called to cs and asked why it happens they said our vehicle has been breakdown status has been updated so pls you self eeturn it like that they told to me. The next day i went to professional courier and send it to elite accessories the seller wer it came and send the courier receipt too and informed to cs. They check and they too tracked the product and said once it delivers we will issue your courier charge and product charge i had waited 7days but no response came i tracked and called to professional courier delhi they said the seller is not accepting he is rejecting to accept. Then at the mean while i got a call from seller he said why sending this product to me i said its seems to different he said i wont accept return for that i cant do anything you ask with amazon i only accept service like that he told ans suddenly he cut the cal i tried many times but he scolded and blocks my number. I informed this to cs they said pls again speak with courier team to deliver i also further done what they told but 4times they attempted to deliver the seller rejects then the cs told me to get once itreturn back to you. I also waited again 6days and got the product and i called amazon cs they said wait wait like that many times and no response came from them then after many conversation one person told on 12th dec i am from specalist team i will raise the ticket sont woory your money will be safe pls wait 3 days max you will get solution untill dont return it like that i also waited 5 dys and yesterday i contacted ca they said pls wait again 3days we cant give any solution like that and today one person telling pls wait untill19dec and another person telling pls self return it i am fully disappointed each one telling one thing i need a proper information i need my money back fault is not at my side with in the time frame i returned the seller dint accept ao amazon needs to take responsibility but no one is giving any proper solutions this what the amazon treats your customers i also have my own family and businees i dont have time to speak daily with this issue pls give me aproper solution or else i dont know what to do except filing a case on court im sry to say this i dont want this to happen and spoil amazon name really my entire family is using amazon only but these like sellers surely spoil amazon name take this as my feedback pls and give me a solution i need my money back
