Amazon India — Refund of 20000 rs. of two product | |||||
I purchased Lenovo K3 Note on 30/06/2016 from Amazon.in and after 2 days o[censored]ses phone's battery was draining so fast that's why I had to return it and I asked for my refund and in process of refund first I received a cheque from Amazon after 15 days of return date but the name on the cheque was not full name and when I went to bank with that cheque then bank said rejected my cheque because of not having full name on that.I want to ask a question that why AMAZON did not ask me for the full before sending cheque to me?? After that they said to me that if you want we can send your refund to your bank account then I given all the information regarding this and I got a mail before one week back that I will receive my refund in bank account but till today i have not received my refund. Again I ordered Samsung Galaxy On 7 Pro from AMAZON on 12/07/2016 and the same problem with the phone as Lenovo K3 Note and I returned the phone and requested for refund and this time also they are sending cheque with the same error with short name and I have to face the same problem with the cheque. I have called customer support of amazon many times but they are not solving my problem and extending time only. I am a student here in New Delhi and my 20000 Rs are pending as refund and I am having problem of shortage of money. So I request you to please look into this matter seriously and help me ASAP.
