Amazon India — Regarding false promises of cashback | |||||
I had ordered an amazon product (Mobile) worth rs. 14999 this january end 2016 via debit card payment as i was informed about 5% cashback offer. I had called up amazon customer care thrice as i didn't receive any cashback. On second call i was assured that i will receive my cashback on 1st may 2016 but i didn't receive any. So i called up again today and they reply me saying that offer was not available on the debit card of your bank so u can't get any cashback. I have been given false assurances and have been cheated.
