(1) I purchased Voltas 1.5 Ton AC Hot and Cold Window 19hy through Amazon, INDIA. (2) Date of purchase : 22-Feb-2016. (3) Price Paid: 31, 380.00. (4) Has gone faulty on 9th May, 1027. (5) The Service personnel charged Rs.350.00 to visit and are asking for Rs.1850.00 for rectifying the defect. (6) I had used an LG AC (Only Cooling Type) at the same location and using the same Voltage Stabilizer .. for almost Eight years - without any trouble. REMARKS: THE QUALITY OF VOLTAS AC IS VERY POOR. IT REQUIRES CASH OUTFLOW OF MORE THAN 10% IN ONE YEAR - TO RECTIFY FAULTS!! CAN AMAZON TAKE SOME ACTION TO MITIGATE MY SUFFERING! Was this information helpful? | |||||
