Amazon India — Wrong toshiba battery delivered | |||||
I ordered on amazon for my toshiba satellite laptop a battery with reference item pa3817 u-1brs on january 12, 2017 for a price of $12, 68 which has been charged to my american express credit card. On january 21, 2017 i have received a battery which does not fit to my laptop with item pa3534u-1brs.. This is the wrong battery and does not corespond to my order. It was mailed by exx act parts solutions, inc., 4396 enterprise place suite b, fremont, ca 94538 I want to return this wrong battery and want a refund. Please advise me on how to proceed?
