I visited amri hospitals in salt lake on 15/07/2019 with my 5 days baby girl for a blood test. I am enrolled under west bengal health scheme along with my dependents. though I have submitted a photocopy of health scheme paper, wbhs rate was not taken. copy of the bill is uploaded below.

Papiya Roychoudhury has taken Covaxin, 1st dose, on 17.01.21.Certificate still awaited. System says Not Vaccinated, Reason not known. AMRI has issued manual document i. r. o it. Either concerned staff not registered in the portal while vaccination or system error.

My brother in law i.e. sister's husband has recently expired while he was suffering from COVID – 19 infection and was admitted at AMRI hospital, Dhakuria, Kolkata. He was admitted in AMRI hospital with mild breathing issue in April, 2021 in HDU under the supervision of Dr. Suranjan Mukherjee. Under the supervision of Dr. Suranjan Mukherjee, who is a pulmonologist, his health condition kept on deteriorating day by day while the doctor apparently paid no heed to it. His mental strength along with his physical condition kept on deteriorating day by day. It’s a well known fact that while treating this disease, it’s imperative that a patient has the will to fight and is constantly motivated to do the same by the doctors. But nothing of this sort was done. Instead he was demotivated to the extent that he felt that he will never be able to come back alive.
In 1st week of May, 2021 he was transferred to ICU bed and inspite of several requests, the hospital authorities did not give any explanation why his health is keeping on deteriorating day by day. Two of his teeth were broken while he was being put on ventilation. Also, during this time the hospital authorities informed that he has been infected by a secondary infection named “Enterobacter cloacae” and I have a strong belief that this happened due to sheer negligence and wrong treatment under Dr. Suranjan Mukherjee . Ultimately, he expired on the 3rd week of May, 2021 and the hospital authorities issued a humungous bill of Rs 10 lakhs bill without any viable justification for such a huge amount.
I sincerely request everyone not to admit their beloved ones in AMRI hospital which is nothing but a death bed and a fraud hospital. They dont have doctors, they have butchers who will loot your money and kill your beloved ones. Beware of AMRI, KOLKATA.
Hospital setup is very nice but they are not give proper service to the parent party in outdor unit . be care full about this matter .
