Amtrust Mobile Solutions — Phone insurance | |||
I have purchased an iphone 5s from laxmi nagar mobile point alon with icici lombard phone insurance on[protected].my phone was stolen on[protected] & i contacted the amtrust mobile solutions who is the third to forward the claim to the insurer.they sent some forms to complete including the fir copy sim blockage copies & all, i have sent them my documents many times but every time they reply that we have not received the documents & we will close the claim, when i called them thy say we have recived your documnets but you cannot claim the money because the sim which was lost with the phone was not in your own name.this is not mentioned in the terms & conditions that i have for the insurance, .i dont understand how does that matter as i can purchase the phone for anyone & that person will use his own sim in that phone.also on the email they jkeep on sending me the emails that they have not received my documnets but again the caller says that they have. i have send them the documnets many times again & again. on[protected] i have received tan email stating that since you have not sent the documents to us we are closing your case & hence i can not claim the money. I purchased Gionee F103 pro mobile from Mobil2 Store From Howrah Maulan abu kalam azad Road outlet.and I also purchased a insurance kit of Mobile protection from AmTrust .after few month my cell phone is damage. I calim but Amtrust insurance company could not any action.Amtrust executive called me i will claim u sir tomorrow i ll come and pick up ur phone from ur house.but nobody come.he jsut tell a lie.finally i have to go fir and petition file against Amtrust and Mobile store and I ll show every one in court and jail.
AMtrust a dummy comapany they never do the work they simply fake it

Ur services are pathetic, got my phone after claim registration but speaker not working, u took around more then 15 days to repair but still speaker voice is cracking... U guys r fraud and pathetic.. Even customer care executive are worst...imei no. 866043039569150, registered no. 9560114386, house no. 41 next Mohan garden shankar dairy uttam nagar..its a fake company even the phone display they have repaired as they say it's quality is pathetic... Cheap quality...

I also lost my phone on 3rd of April 2017 samsung s7edge. I called to amtrust team after lots of call and mail they send me documents in that documents not mention anywhere that if mobile is more than 20000 than FIR is required. Once i shared all the documents to them and start following on that when i called that team they said we have not received documents yet than again i have to sent the documents this happened lot of time with me. Then i receivied call from them stating that FIR is missing i went to thane police station request them to give FIR copy they are also not ready to give FIR copy and i ask amtrust people to help me in this case from there end Mr Vikas is telling no madam we need FIR copy. Very bad experienced requesting all the people who reading this please don't take insurance from Amtrust becuase they have not mentioned everything in form which they have given to customer and from second end they are saying something different

but I have not received any e mail from Am Trust
I have called to customer care they said that your claim has been cancelled.
but why this is cheating with me

I would like to inform you that when my mobile is fall down i this it is a samsung company problem and i passed arround 2 or 3 days but when he reply me that it is not come in warranty then i choose my second option. but now you guys are saying that you are not inform me emidiatly, what the hell is this, please tell me that if i inform or speak to you lie then it is ok or i inform you my jenuan issue this is wrong and i am not gone to accept this. i don't think that for this i spend 5k.please look in to this matter. i need yr rewart and help...

AMTRUST IS A CHEAT AND FRADULANT company.
I had a accident damage claim for which they took 20days to fix. Long time but the work done. After receiving the phone I used for 15 days and then had charging issue and I approached phone company service center. They said the PCB is damaged, screws mismatched, housing melted and due to which the are unable to open the screws to fix the issue.
The amtrust cust support agents say they cannot help because I must have reported the issue within 7days.
Agents Amandeep and floor supervisor Sana both repeating the same script of seven days. I don't know where in the policy to the customer it's mentioned 7 days.
I even sent several mails to support team but no response.

Specifically i request to all of our indians don't do this ICICI LOMBARD insurance for mobile or anything.This is totly fake and full of fradulant. they just makes us fool nothing else.This type of bank and oraganisations are mutually corrupted and they have been trying to grab our weakness.
I can remember when i bought a new mobile (oppo a37) the price was rs 12000 and i bought it from THE MOBILE STORE, that time they told me that i[censored] got any problem in future with stolen ur mobile or breakage the screen we totly solve it within 24*7 and the term is to get a f.i.r copy and a sim blocking request paper.Then i felt very happy and i had done the insurance but after 10 months when my mobile was stolen the ### are trying to play with me like that there several documents needed and it should be deposited within limited time.and i deposited all documents within the time but they told me it is not case of stolen and it is missing case but in f.i.r copy it was written that clearly the mobile was stolen and lastly they didn't answer my mail and send a message as decline ur request for ur insufficient documentes.

Fake company they don't know anything about our complaints we have to tell them everytime and they do whatever they want to do. I'm going to filed complaint against them in Consumer court
