Anand India — Complaining about fake product | |||||
I have ordered sweat slim belt order number 3241667 booked on[protected] by seeing an advertisment on tv through given no on tv ie [protected]. The product is not of the quality that they are advertising on tv. When the order was placed through this number the executive that was answering my phone and after receiving the product we tried reaching them reagarding the quality complaint. They told us they will get back to us but its been 15days now no revert from company end. Product quality is not worth the money. Pwe ask them to refund our money so they told us they dont have pickup facility and if we want to exchange the product we have to courier it to them. What if i dont het yhe return? I have sent you a Button Camera through first flight courier vide courier no.U991M0584083 on dated.19.06.2017 through the above courier service for repair and return the same at an early date. But I have not received any massage from you till date. Hence I would request you to please look into the matter and do needful action at an early date.

B cause your company received my product on 16/04/2016 by satya.
Till that date I am not received any reply from your company. I will wrote to RTI and given one police Complained also and I will write face book and What's up also about the matter.
