Andhra Bank — npci not linked with bank | |
Respected, I am matta durga. I have submitted my aadhaar in my bank, but my bank account is not updated with npci as i can see at uidai website. My older account which was link is currently inactive. Due to which i am not recieving pm kisaan yogan money. Please link my bank account and aadhaar with npci portal. Bank name: state bank of india Account no: [protected] Ifsc code : andb0000247 Please update npci and aadhaar linking. Kindly help as soon as possible. The refund was initiated by the vendor and a reference number is also generated by them. unfortunately the amount is not reflected in the statement and the customer service number of Andhra bank is also not reachable. Please credit my refund amount into bank account.

My transaction ref number of the refund initiated from Amazon #827577 .
The same has been initiated between 10/10/2019- 15/10/2019.
The Amazon team has strongly suggested to reach out to the bank, however when i spoke to the bank they couldnt resolve my issue.
Would request you to kindly look into it.
