[Resolved]  Andhra Bank — Transaction declined but money debited

Hello
On 6th April I to tried to shop goods in market worth 2097 but my payment declined. I tried it again but again my payment declined. Both the times my money was debited .
Later that day I tried a payment of 565 but that money too was debited but payment declined.
I registered a complaint on same day but hasn't got a reply from them.
Total money I lost 2097+2097+565

Please resolve this problem fast

Am totally disturbed becoz rummy circle web site cheated with my amount I will pay add cash on rummy circle but no more cash add but my amounts is deducted I want my amount properly

On 3rd april and 12th april 2017 i tried to add amount Rs121 another isRs2000 to my pay tm but it was not added to pay tm and amount was debited so please check my account and refund me my account no [protected] name k.Bagyalaxmi i am trying to contact customer. Care but it s always busy

I, PVG Krishna used my debit card No. [protected] to pay a bill today at 19.24 PM, the transaction failed but the amount was deducted from my account. Pl arrange to credit the amount back to my account. The transaction date 11th Apr'2017, transaction details POSTXN/RupaySriKalahasthiSI/AP016350
