I am a daily commuter of APSRTC- bus service, from Kadapa There are a few problems which we, the residents of Kadapa always face.
1)There is no time-table and panctuality maintained for the buses, nor that is being maintained. Many times buses will come in queue leaving the next half an hour.
2) At times the staff is rude, careless & indiscent towards passengers,
On 22 june, 2023, Thursday I was travelling by Bus No. (running between PULIVENDULA-TIRUPATI -Bus No.AP04Z0332). The bus came to KADAPA bus stop point by around 8.10 a.m., crowded as regular. I was near the Third window seat behind conductor dear No.11, till 8.45 am bus not started conductor is busy in talking over phone continuously. co-passangers and myself requested conductor and driver to please be on time to go to our destination but conductor suddenly rushed ahead & stood outside of the window and used filthy language to me and all the passengers in the bus, abusing and provoking passengers to come for fight, When objected, he started shouting at me for requesting him to be on time. He also advised me to travel by a taxi or private vehicle and he abused me by caste filthy words on my work and I requested him to stop using bad words. Is such type of behaviour expected from a public servant? I felt very ashamed by rude behaviour of conductor to me all co passengers and felt insulted by him I felt aggrieved by his words
I sincerely request your good office to take stringent action against the Bus conductor and make sure that he will not repeat the same to any other passengers again in future, we expect more & better service from APSRTC staff of pulivendula depo bus staff
