Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Apsrtc] — Didn't deliver my courier

Hi,
I have booked mangoes in APSRTC logistics, It really unavailable quality.
APSRTC logistics tracking number: 34924350.
I have raised APSRTC logistics complaint has no: 136187.
Date logistics booked: 24/05/2022.

My courier box missed/not delivered. On 25/05/2022 it should get delivered but it is not delivered also there is not good response from complaint team.

I have raised mail complaint, verbal complaint also.
I received complaint number as mentioned above.

I have lost half day leave + Mental peace + courier box + transport charges from my house to JNTU delivered point(auto - to and from) + courier charges.

I want to return compensation of total rs.30000 for my loss of the above mentioned.
Please resolve issue ASAP, otherwise i need to consult consumer court.

hot it will ripe fast but it will spoil and comes different tastes.

Who will deliver to my address?
I have spent rs.300 for autos already.
The pickup points either BHEL or JNTU is 10 km far from my home.

Who will bare all these charges?
My Time + auto charges+ mental peace+ half day salary+ etc., ..

This 8s really reduculous from your team.
