Angel Broking was very kind enough to debit the money (5000/-) from my bank account on 8th July'22 but, they have still not refunded or credited them back to my Angle one account.
The MF that I was investing in, was suspended/put on hold by GOI but, the amount was getting debited for SIP and then credited to my Angel One equity account. But, the last amount that was debited in July has still not been credited.
I called, emailed, and raised complaints to their MF dept. they are all incompetent to understand what exactly is the issue and only want to delay resolution. Pathetic people without any customer centricity.
This complaint has been raised to see if I can get a quick resolution from these people. Also, I have now understood that we should not purchase MFs via distributors like these who only want to harass their customers.
Angel Broking customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
