I'm KARTHICK recently trade angel broking June 2, 2022 morning 8m purchased bank nifty and target set...exit 2pm again login angle broking app. Actually I'm set target 225 but they esay 21 sell Rs.41500 loss of me even market not closed ...after market close I accept my mistakes... without knowledge they exited make big loss... rise ticket or enquiry to customercare no one not answer only transfer call 5 members only details...so many of irritating...such worst behavior... trades big loss esaly...pls SEBI take action or permanently close the app...

    I have refered my friend and got account opening voucher but didn't receive 1st Trade voucher after 7 days of transaction till now.
    Referee has done delivery trade.

    Reply mail dated 19 may, 2022 stated that I will receive my voucher in 10 days.
    It's 1st June, 2022 still not received voucher after having several conversations with the support team.

      My DP is : D359760

      This is my third mail regarding this issue, for the past few weeks, the[protected] P&L amount for my DP ID is getting shown wrongly, I have dropped multiple mails and had called multiple times to the helpdesk and received no help in resolving the same .

      Below are few example of this mismatch :

      HDFC BANK :
      on 30th May, I had 65 shared of HDFC bank scripts on my account with an average of 1391 buy price, I had sold 25 scripts at an average of 1410, I had previous profit of 6204 till 30th may morning, at day end the p&L for HDFC bank is showing as 5655, that is my P&L is decreased, where as I made profit of around 500 on May 30th

      TCS:
      On 30th May I had 10 shares of TCS at an average buy price of 3235, I had sold 5 scripts at an average sell price of 3321, thats around 450 profit, though on day end P&L, only 100 got added

      similar discrepancies are present for Reliance, Tata Motors shares .

      Please help to resolve this issue at earliest as I had already reached out to helpdesk multiple times and received no help .

        For multiple of my portfolio stocks, the P&L is showing incorrect, there are stocks like TCS, HDFC bank, Reliance, Tata motors, on which I made recent profits, which are not reflected on P&L properly, insted negative amounts got deducted, I connected Angel Broking helpdesk, though no resolution had been shared by them after 1 email.
        Please resolve this

          Hey I reffered my friend I got 300 voucher on Activation..but after two days your referral program changed
          It Is showing refer your friends and get scratchcard..
          On clicking on my invitee no one is showing..
          I didn't get reward also for first trade of my friend

            My funds has been debited from axis Bank account vis ecs/techprocess but the same funds is not credited in my angel bee account and today again from Angelone I have received message for having sufficient balance in bank account for mutual fund ECS debit, same funds 2times why?

              Total holding sold till now : 36

              Charges for selling 36 holding : 23.6 * 36 = Rs 849.6

              You have charged me Rs 1321 till now.

              27th May holding transfer charges you will add more which is Rs 47.2 extra.

              In effect you will be charging Rs 1321 + 47.2 - 849.6 extra from me. That is Rs 518.6 extra.

              Please check you have done multiple transaction bills on 17th, 18th and 19th May too. Its so sad I have to tell u in detail the problems with your system. Please solve this faster or else I will complain to your head office, then SEBI and also post on your twitter handle.

                Your broker had done fraud number when all my trade date over, that profit didn't came in my account. Pnl statement provides from you also wrong.

                      Dear team,
                      I'm facing an issue regarding the shares not been transferred to my DP ID and causing delay in my business proceeds.

                      On 13th May 2022, I bought shares and the company commits to deposit it in the DP within T+2 days and even on 22nd of May after 10 days it's not yet credited.

                      Also, on 23rd May 2022 i.e today I see the shares as 1030 while I hold only 720
                      This is a system glitch and the company is not fir to handle the financial services.

                      In the matter of people's money they have to be on time and proceed as per the commitment but so has not been experienced by me.

                      As a dissatisfied customer I wish to proceed with a Consumer Grievance Case against the company and also a defamation case and claim a compensation

                      With due respect, I raise this complaint here and wait for the company response. Kindly revert me back if you are willing to resolve the issue and give me a compensation or you want me to proceed legally and file a PIL in the consumer court.

                      I would wait for the response for the next 7 days and then proceed with filing a PIL and claim a compensation of ₹1 Lakh

                          I have account N193346 complain registered 12/05/2022, i sold some shares because i required money for some urgent needs, when i withdraw the money from angel app so i received 600 short amount, when i register complain so they informed me i have activate 50 trade bundle voucher which i have not activated, because m not a trader then why i would activate that voucher i request them for deactivation they told they will refund the money in 24 to 48hour. but its almost 5days no refund received, now they are telling that they cannot refund the money because its already deducted from my ledger. its deducted thats why i login the complain such a stupid reply they are giving. its a very hard earned money and i need the money thats why i sold the share coz i need it. please revert my money.

                                I've traded in banknifty on 5 may
                                I've took one trade in that trade i was in profit but when I've tried to close that trade app got slow and I'm unable to close that trade ...then after sometime I've to close that trade in loss ...so i need that money which I've lost due to there mistake

                                They are blaming me for not taking snapshots of that trade .
                                .

                                I've attached 2 videos which is proof that at that day app was lagging too much

                                    My Client ID is J33258 and requested account closure since March 2021, through email and provided requested documents through postal to their Hyderabad office, but still my closure request isn't completed and no response from their side, i tried to escalate it and no response from escalation team as well. I need to close this trading account to comply with my present company security trading policy, but still no response from Angel Broking. please do the needful as soon as possible.
