I, maloth suman having angel one id :M296249, on[protected], when i am trading in options, i faced technical issues, due to this technical issue i lost more than 42000 rs . when i am buying at the money, order not executed immediately, it took more than 30 seconds. as i am from a middle class family, how can i handle this type of situation . It is not my fault . please check whether technical issue happened or not and clear my issue by giving those money back. I am Sincerely saying it is not my fault, please rectify this issue sir/madam. Please check my history also, please help me

I referred two peoples for which I received account opening voucher of 250 rs But haven't received first trade voucher although as per there t&c it should be received by 7 working days but it's been 20 working i have raised my complaint here are the reference number 02393963 but they are just giving any answer and just giving dates I'll attach the email they have sent me

I refer angel one to my many friends, my all friends open and complete first trade on angel one. But I received only account opening voucher but cannot received first voucher but many days passes atlest 25 days are pass but i cannot receive second vouchers. Please send me all my second vouchers. I am having problem with angel broking mobile trading app. This useless app is lagging and hanging so due to this I'm having problem placing buy and sell orders and can't even see my open positions to square them off so because of this problem I'm loosing money so I want angel broking to compensate my today's lost money along with the brokerage.

I had earn 6125 in nifty-50 option call and I decided to log off and i did it.
after few ours i logged in my account its running same position with loss of 22k How its possible please refund my account as earliest My ID G270285 and i spoke with angel one customer support they told this was technical error and then one person said its your mistake i have call recorded audio also, Please solve this issue as earliest

As its been a amount i closed my subbroker tag anf from exchanges its all closed then also as angel one employee mr bhushan rane is telling me it can take 6 months for releasing deposit amount as while taking subbroker they are not giving any kind of terms like they have, first gave deposit then we will gave limit or sub broker tag and while closing they told me it can take upto 6 months as they are not giving any kind of interest so please help

I have been following up on this for the last 1 week but there is no proper response from your end. I was told that I will be called back but till date there no call or response has been given.

I have given a refferal link to my friend the refferal code also entered in the place were place were it is given but i have not any message or notification. He also successfully opened his account and got his id and password. But i have not got any refferal voucher. This is the issue i faced to his person only but with others i got the voucher very fastly and there name is shown in my refferal ledger but this persons name is not showing in it.

I had opened account in 2018 at that time i was got told that rs 30/ trade brokerage,
But now i got to know calculation is happening in percentage. for 2 trades i have been dedcted for rs 12000 brokerage. so how much time angel one looted me from 2018. never expected that angel broking could that. i was trtsuting all those years, and i noticed now.

Mein Chayan Kumar, kafi time se mein angel broking ke upor trading karta hu. Mera angel mein ID hai C45678, Mein kafi logon ko refferal bhi karta hu, But yeh angel company bolte to hai referral rewards yeh denge wo denge but they are not recognised us after referral.

Last kuch incident mein share kar raha hu, mein yeh chahta hu koi serious step in logo ke against lena zarruri hai.

Sab account mein khud apne hatho se open kardiya tha, mein un logon ko sikha raha tha to meine unke phone se kiya tha kabhi bolte hai referral id nahi diya tha to kabhi kehte hai directly customer ko call karke ke apne Jo number se documents diya tha usmein kuch problems hai and aap koi dusra numbers dijiye jo ki wo logo ko naya account open karwa sake. Yeh logo ke sales team and customer care team and ky baat backend team. Mein just irritate ho chuka inlogo ke yeh sab sun sun ke...koi help kardo mujhe...

Angel broking has opened dmat account in my name without my email and
opened with somebodys phone number .in this regard i sent many e mails and they have not replied properly. dmat a/c [protected]

Please angel one deactivate my angel premium service and refund my ₹5000 your employe Mr suraj pandey activate my service on call by make me fool, he told me we provide daily calls and make your profit at least ₹1000

Hi, i ordered 944 shares of ongc through a phone call. It is an ofs and shares alloted on the same day. But it is not shows in mmy portfolio. Registered complaint 3 times through customer care since April 1. But no solution.

I have been asking for my records to file my income tax f.y20-21 they are not providing the details
Moreover thereis no contact number to speak to them directly . Each and everytime I call to customer care is been pending for long hrs.
