My complain against Angel Broking for wrong debited penal charges in my account. My A/c was in debit due to Angel's mistake. They sell my F & O position on 22/01/2008 without my information or consent. After long dissection with Rajkot office they credit Rs. 2.92.000/- on Dt 16/12/2009 because of wrong sell.

Due to Angel's wrong sell their was a big loss that's the resion for ledger debit. Angel don't have debit penal charges on this debit. Please credit penal charges in my a/c, i cleared all debit in my SDRN 705.I appile to Angel nomber of time but their no response from Angel. You can see in all trail mails.

Please do help, for your ref.

I am having a new account at Akota, Vadodara. I have opened with 25000 Rs initial payment.
Within 3 days of trade my account balance is 1000 Rs.
JIGNESH PATEL is the trader assign to me.
He did fraud to me and cheated me.
He has not explained me what is F&O and equity.

Jignesh: Sir, I want you to sign a paper[Which paper he didn't explain]
Me: But I am outside, and I can't today.
Jignesh: He said tell your family member to sign the paper.[This doesn't make any sense. I am the account holder. How can angel brooking can accept the signed letter of non account holder?]
Me: But I am outside with my family.
Jignesh: Any one can sign the letter.
Me: Okay. You can go to my home and ask my front neighbor. She will sign it.
But, what is the document exactly?
Jignesh: This is just a formality that we have meet today. And I have given the information about trading.[This shows that you are not maintaining your policy]

At last my neighbor[Geetaben Desai] signed the letter.

Conversation 2:

Jignesh: Sir there is a call of banknifty. I will buy 500. [He spoke very fast that I was not able to understand what he want to buy. I was unable to understand the script name, the rate and the quantity.]
Me: Can you please confirm that how much is my profit till now? [For last THU,FRI & MON]
Jignesh: Sir, don't worry you are in profit. I will let you know after trading hours.
Me: But please at least tell approx amount.
Jignesh: Sir, don't worry. you will get the statement at the end of the day.


So I didn’t receive any E-mail on last THU and FRI.

This dude lost 6000 Rs in first trade. While trying to recover this amount he lost again 8000 rs. If you lose money, then you must have to stop the trade.
And on 2nd attempt he waited for 8000 rs of loss. He could have square off that at 1000 rs of loss in 2nd time.

At last only 1000 Rs. is available in my account.

Me: How did you recover this amount from the market ?
Jignesh: Sir, don't worry. We will cover it up.

Is it possible to make 25000 Rs. from this 1000????
I don’t think so. He has lost my money in just 3 days of trade.

I have spoken to Mr. Vijay regarding this issue. Then he said that you will get a call from Hardik.

Today morning I got a call from Mr Hardik and below conversion happened:

Hardik: Sir, you got profit on equities. But you lose on F&O.

He was just trying to save Jignesh.

No words to speak for the above sentence.
I got 120 rs of profit against 24000 of loss. In this trade also after brokerage and taxes I lost 250Rs.
Don’t you think Hardik is making me fool?

I guess all the conversations over the calls are recorded just go through it If you have any conflicts with me.

At last I want to say that Angel brooking has lost my full trust.
No rules.
No regulation.
No transparency.
Always fraud.
Not giving proper information.
Always giving false commitments.

I have invested Rs.70000 in my a/c.one of dealer of ANGEL BROKING transacted in call & put option of NIFTY between 21st.DEC 2012-31st.DEC 2012. without my consent and lost my all invested amount. since its the process to get confirmation of the client before the trading , which is not done by anyone. even I have no knowledge of call & put option. when i have asked about the written statement, they said it will be provided after weekly closing .when i got the statement ,i found there is no balance in my a/c to trading. I have complained about all this to branch manager ,but two months are passed and still no action have been taken from the company.
dear concern I am not regular investor and by taking loan from the market i have invested this amount and regularly paying interest of this amount while, i am unable to use this money.
so, please take required action as soon as possible.

Having trading account with angel broking. As stock pricing droped i have kept the stock without selling it. in th month of october have received call from one of the excecutive an he guided me in trading. In the begining one or two days he used to call me before trading post my confirmation only he had done the transaction. However after few days i stopped receiving calls from the ecvecutive. But after 2 months when i askes for the holding statement i shick to see that there is no stock availqble in my accountfrom around 35000/- stock i had prior to receive the call from the evecutuve in the month o ovtober 2012. Hence i hambly request the concern authority.... to refund my smount o. Havf 35000/- as earrly as possible. I already emailed my complaimt to the company but i have never rreceived any redpinsr from thrm. My account no. Is S50088. Hope you undrrstand the importance odf losing hardearne

I experienced some disgusting misleading information from angel broking.

While I open account I ask them about this RS 30 brokerage policy but they told me that there is nothing like this only 0.1 rs or 0.10 will be charged depending on type of trade i.e. intraday or delivery.

But now they ate telling that there will be minimum 30rs brokerage charge is applied. If it is they surely I will close my account and will advice my friends also to do so.

i and my friend had opened a trading acc with angel broking andheri barnch in october end this year(my client code T11717) ,WE WERE TOLD by mr samuel(employee at your andheri branch marketing),that no AMC OR DP CHARGES would be charged for first year.HOWEVER JUST WEEKS after opening the acc,charges were cut directly from my balance in trading acc. on contacting mr samuel he told that recover the charges from your profit from trading,i reffered this matter to his manager at angel broking andheri mr aditya,he said to close the acc and your charges will be refunded to u by cheque from mr samuel,after i closemy acc,
after doing so,
i have still not received any refund ,even after various promises.

This is regarding unauthorised trade in my account which is done by dealer of angel broking, kanpur branch.

But by unauthorised trading in call & put, they have lost my all money form my account. When I have complained in feedback department of company they have refused my complaint, by this excuse that we have confirmed every trade after trading day.
Dear sir, I have heard all recordings which confirm that I have no knowledge of call & put option.
so, my humble request to you please look into this matter very fast because , after this I am unable to do my family"s expanses properly and from 25 days I have earned nothing. So , please do cooperate with me.

I have been charged penalty for margin shortage in my account (R45142) with Angel Broking Ltd. for MCX-SX and also for FO segments.
I have been charged with penalty of Rs. 898+ for 26th November, Rs. 1334 for 23rd November and Rs. 1416 for 27th November amongst the big ones and several other smaller amounts in FO and MCX-SX accounts.

I have been receiving some messages for margin shortage of small amounts since November 2012. I have been asking the dealer - Rohan and RM - Hoshang everyday if there is any shortage in my account since November start, but they said that they are just system generated messages and in case there is any margin shortage for any client on any particular day, the surveillance team calls the clients and informs them about the same. They clearly told me to ignore any margin shortage message received by me (you can hear the recorded conversations).

Inspite of writing several emails and calling many times, no one seems bothered to reverse the charges levied in my account due to wrong information and negligence from Angel Broking Ltd.
Infact the Branch Head Mr. Jeetu has assured me that the reversal of charges would happen soon, but it has been more than a week now that no one is bothered to revert.

This is happening to me again and again. Earlier in October they had reversed my brokerage charges levied due to the incorrect dealing in my account. But the process took 2 months and constant calling and follow ups.

I opened trading account on 7th August 2012 in Secundrabad branch of Angel broking Ltd.
On 16th October 2012, I got Call from Angel Broking from ([protected]) 10:04min, . he and asked my opinion to place order. he executed first trade of the day as per my approval.
17th October 2012 I got Call from Angel Broking from ([protected]) 09:44min, he asked my opinion to place order of GBPINR 3 Lots. Later during the entire day, he didn’t inform me and he executed multiple trades in & GBPINR & USDINR Also, I told him clearly dont put over limit than Rs10,000. But He Purchased 3Lots GBPINR with My Knowledge, Sell 11 Lots of GBPINR With Out My Knowledge and Executed, he executed multiple trades o[censored]SDINR without seeking my permission. He didn’t call me before placing order or didn’t confirm status after execution.
On 18th October 2012 day also he is not told me that execution of GBPINR and USDINR,
On 19th FEB 2012, I. When I checked consolidated statement along with contract notes. I came to know about multiple traded done. without my knowledge & consent and had provided me wrong details about the profit and loss.
Summarizing, when I went through all contract notes in detail, I came to know that most of trades were executed without my consent and didn’t call me before & after executing trades. Also, He informed me wrong status of account on 17th, 18th October 2012. It is clear from the contract notes that trades were executed intentionally to generate max commission / brokerage using my money. That Persons made loss of Rs 10,000 in my account. So, to get fair justice I have filed complaint
He accepted that he had executed trades in my account without my consent.
I dont Want To bear My Loss. Please Justify Me As Early As Possible, already I lost Rs 10000/- Lost Month Because Of Same Issue, But I never complained. But He Repeatedly made Me Loss.
I got Loss because Of Angel broking Executive Mistake.
I have filed this complaint - with following points.
1. Trading in my account without my consent.
2. Providing wrong information to me.
3.made me Loss with out my Knowledge.

I recently opened an account with Angel broking. the Sales agent called me and I had a demo. During the 1st meeting i was told that they will charge me only 0.01% brokerage both side. after signing the contract when i received the papers. they are showing me 30Rs brokerage charge by default for each transaction. Also no body is responding my call after the signup. This is a such stupid company i would never recommend any body to open account.

please take necessary action.

I had opened Demat A/c from Angel Broking Ltd in March 2012 on a condition that no charges will be levid on my account for first year and on behalf they have asked me to give Rs.25000 as a margin cheque for 15 days. I had given the margin cheque of Rs.25000/- for 15 days. Now they have levid AMC Charges and asking me on 10-Sep-12 to pay Rs.434.61/- by 13-Sep-12 otherwise your account will get liquidated. I spoke to their executive for reason of leving the charges. They are telling that you have not traded till yet. So this charges are levid on your account. This things were not told to me during the opening of the account. There was commuciation gap which they have maintained with me during opening the Demat account. Relationship manager name was Ajay and now he has left the job. I am having my account with Fort Branch, Mumbai.

I have an account with Angel Broking Ltd with their Bapunagar Branch (Trading A/c code No.B37074)

I was given information about some new Future Option Intra day trade on NSE by the Branch Head of Angel Broking, Bapunagar Branch Mr.Vijaybhai on 31/08/12). He adviced me one strategy about selling on upper and lower side both so that on any movement of market I will not have to incure any loss. Based on the relationship of last four-five years on trust I also accepted and told him to try on the same even I did not understand the segment properly. However, after sometime one confirmation message was received from the dealer about some transaction. The transaction made by dealer was not the same which was explained by the Branch head to me and while confirmation It was not clearly told by the dealer also. The dealer has told about the transaction which was traded and in absence of the information that it is different than the earlier discussed strategy (as i was the first time trader), I had to incure a loss.

After an hour or so from that communication I was informed that I had a loss of around 11 thousand plus. When I went into detail I realized that the trade transacted was different than what was initially discussed by Bapunagar Branch Head. I then lodge my grievance to Mr.Vijay the branch head and he assured me to look into it and doing needful.

He did not reverted and late evening (31/08/12) he informed that next day it will be sorted out. However on repeated follow up the same was heared on 1st September and then on 1st September, he adviced me to come on 3rd September personally. However till evening he was not reachable on 3rd September also. At end of the day contact could establish with him and he informed to me that nothing can happen and no reversal or damage can be compensated as it was informed immediately after the trade eventhough it was not as per the original discussion; and this is the policy. However, he gave me 50% disconunt on the brokerage for that trade and also offered me low cost brokerage. But i told him to compensate the non consented trade and no brokerage rate revision. He did not reverted thenafter and also they have stopped all communication from their end. I am still waiting for his senior's call which Mr.Vijay has promised me next day (04/09/12) morning around 11.00am which I have yet to received. Dont know when??

I then seek intervention to their feedback team and they have also shown their helplessness and no stand have been changed on 04/09/12.

I am not satisfied with the kind of response and the transaction happened and hence, I am still contending that the actual trade was performed with different strategy for which no consent was given from my end. After execution of the trade it was informed (no consent was taken) to me and the same I had informed to Branch and to feedback team also overtelephone.

However, It seems that Angel Broking is not willing toaccept the same and complaint has already been closed without any satisfactory answer to me.

Having all the information evaluated, I feel that no tradeshould have been done without taking prior consent. Informing client about some trade which was already executed is not ethical and professional and for which the losses are not justified. I regret to mention that but I am not satisfiedwith the kind of handling which have been done by Angel Broking. I think I should represent my case in appropriate forum and I seek your advice and help if it is justified.

I was open ac before some moths back that time Angle people, camp branch pune, say we will provide you sms facility and good servies to you. but after opening ac, no such things. brach manger chetan pathak also not supporting, and giving very bad servies.very bad servies by angle broking cmap brach pune.

angel broking ltd is a cheating company they gave me false advice and booked loss and even charge me high brokerage as they promised before opening account don't trust this angel broking they are looting innocence people hard earning .this angel staff has to be work for cleaning animals waste..deserving to be hate..

I have worked in Angel broking some time back and have experienced that the organization runs completely on the follies of the upper management. There is no connection between the executive tier and the management wing. The decision making process in a company of such national stature is surprisingly shoddy and poorly managed; decisions are taken at the whims and fancies of the management. And the worst part of the Angel Broking’s system is its performance monitoring network. Executives and managers are constantly monitored by VPs and AVPs but who monitors the latter two? I think even Mr Dinesh Thakkar cannot answer my question too. They are not judged and are monitored by themselves.

As an employee @ Angel I have encountered incidents when the company AVP has failed to welcome suggestions to improve existing process . And the reason is simply his/her ignorance about the subject. Any management personnel should prioritize company benefit over his/her preference. But here sheer ignorance leads the priority list and management personnel puts better ideas at the back seat smilingly. We all know, age is no bar to learn. So why the ignorant Angel management wing is afraid to learn something and add value to the company???????

As an evidence of my statement I shall request all the viewers to notice the title following Angel Broking today and a year back. From Angel broking Ltd it has now transformed into Angel Broking Pvt Ltd. The addition of Pvt is a sure indication of management failure that has led to massive drop in business.

Isn’t it the high time Mr. Thakkar that you step on the floor and look around before your business swoons and lands at its doom.

And those who find the name Angel broking quite alluring to get associated with as an employee or partners, give it a second though before you finalise your mission to join the company.

Without informing me, Angel Broking, cunningham road, Bangalore has traded and made huge loss of around 7 lakhs. This has been done by them mostly during Jan, Feb, March 2012 months.

They have also transferred money from one segment to other segments and traded on their own without my consent.

When I wrote to [protected]@angelbroking.com, they responded back saying that SMS and emails has been sent. But the system has generated SMS and emails after they traded without my consent.

When I asked them to provide the necessary phone conversations or call records, they are not able to provide, since they have traded without any such conversations.

I have reported a complaint to National Stock Exchange, India during April 2012 and still waiting for the response.

When I ask for relevant records, one of the branch manager by name Mahantesh behaves in a rude manner and gives a pathetic response. And they are not providing any transaction records.

They are trying to hide and escape from the illegal trading done by them.

I have also filed a complaint under SEBI. I shall file a complaint in Consumer court also, since Angel Broking has played around with my hard earned money.

I opened an account in Angel Broking with the purpose of investment But people from angle broking have accessed my account without my consent to do trading .Initially I had 25000 in my account but the relation manager has accessed my account and done trading in lakhs. The amount of brokerage itself has crossed 20000. They have illegally misused my account for their personal trading with profit of brokerage in their mind..
Relation officer Jimple pujari traded through my account without my permission. According to their company policy they should take prior client confirmation before they trade and that call has to be recorded. She has not taken any confirmation. She misused my account for her own and company's profit and now they have deducted 12000 as brokerage and 8000 as loss from account for the trade which has been done without my permission nor even conveying any information regarding the same.

When I lodged complain against this issue with the feedback team at Angel broking I received a mail stating that angel broking is not responsible for any loss. They are saying that they have sent contract notes on my mail but no one has time to check his mailbox 100 times daily.

It’s not just me who is suffering this, when I went to Angel broking's office last Saturday there were 5 more people present complaining the same fraud.
Angel Broking Fort office branch head Shweta Popat is totally reluctant to take any call and making 1000 excuses even for talking on phone.

I hereby request you to help me out .I am a middle class man. My economic standard does not permit to bear such economic loss.
