I'm really surprised and shocked with the pathetic, poor and irresponsible customer service provided by Angel broking (Andheri). I was in touch with an agent Nirali in Andheri office for account opening. Throughout the opening of Demat account she kept on giving me wrong and misinformation about the account such as the brokerage and AMC to be levied on the account. She didn’t even know the basic difference between Trading & Demat account. Still after lot of trouble the account was opened but my misery didn’t stop there. On 2 occasions she was supposed to come for the training but cancelled it giving some really stupid/ immature reasons. On the 3rd occasion she was to come with Khusboo Jain at 1:30pm on Saturday 12th Sep 2015. I kept waiting till 2:30pm for them to arrive and when I finally called to check in their office I was really surprised. I was told that Khusboo was busy in meeting and Nirali did not come to office as she had some training to attend. After sometime I got call from Khusboo and she said, “ I tried calling on your mob no. but your no. was not reachable. If you want to close the account then you’ll have to fill the A/c closure form”. They absolutely don’t care for their customers and I would not like to maintain my account in such an organization. Angel doesn’t seem to be providing proper training and customer service skills to its employees. I don’t hope Nirali/ Khusboo will help me in closing the account, so I request someone in Angel to support me with this and refund my depost of Rs. 1 lac. I’ve been promised below commercial in writing but I highly doubt if this is what is actually charged to me. Also my all my deposit was in BSE account without asking me and my current NSE balance is in negative. PLEASE PLEASE HELP. I had opened my account in Angel Broking(Mumbai Branch) With an initial amount of 25000.During the opening of account they had done fake promises.when i started trading and bought shares worth 85000 something.they sold all my shares without my permission in loss of 20000.now i have my account balance of -62370 rs. i have lost my 20000 in just 10 day.that was my hard earned money.

I opened a demat account on with angel broking and i was told there was no annual maintenance charges, later on i was charged 400 rs . Also i was told that the delivery payment could be made upto 2 days but they charged for using the margin limit. The company also charged 40 rs three times without any reason. Wrong Commitments and they are taking my hard earned money. My client id is GRGN5658 I request the company to refund the money to my account so that i can have faith in the company and resume trading.

One Agent(M/s KAMALAKAR) entrusted on behalf of Angel brooking for trading and he cheated me. He has done the experiments on my account with false information and made loss to 15, 000 rupees in 3 days. The same was informed to the Angel Brooking Operation Head M/s Suresh and so far no response received from them. Now Iam planning to go Consumer Court/ TV Channels and also plan to written letters to SEBI etc. for Justice. I am already approached TV-9, SAKSHI & TV-5 All 3 CHANNELS ARE CAME FORWARD TO PUBLISH THIS NEWS IN TV Channels. Iam also planning to approach News Media Like SAKSHI/EENADU.. Sir, I am your client having code no.B39170 since last many year.I am doing on line trading since 1913.On 13th of this month there was problem in my computer and while login speed pro one message was coming for re installation of the programme .On 14th of this month I contacted my Dealer Mr.Dishant Devani, he told me that today(14/07/15)he will come and solve my problem but he did not came.On 15//07/15 I again conted him, he told that yesterday due to some reason he could not come but today he will surely come and solve the broblem, but on that day also did not came.On16/07/15 I contacted his Branch Manager Mr.Nimit Shah and in his presence on telephone promised to come and solve the problem, but like other days he did not came.On 17/07/15 I again contacted Branch Manger, insted of talking with me he gave hand-set to my dealer like other days promised to come and solve the problem, on the same day i.e.17/07/15 after 3.30 pm Itry to contact both of them but no one atteng the phone.I also tried to contact your customer care center on teleohone severl times, but no one attends calls there too.Sir in this way since last 8 days I am facing prolem and not doing trading.The dealer as well as branch manger is not bothered of clients.If your staff do not behave and or solve the broblems then there is no sense of havig account with you and what is use of your slogan"Truely Personlied Service", hope some solution will come out without further delay.Thanks

Dear Sir / Madam, We have opened a trade account in Angel broking Pvt Ltd company having client code M85501. We bought the below mentioned shares through Angel broking. SCRIPT NAME QTY PRICE 1 ARVIND 100 242 2 INDIA INFOTECH 3000 0.5 3 FRL 15 131.7 4 NCC 500 104.5 5 LAKSHMI VILAS 10 104 Since Nifty & Sensex when down the company has informed me on 10.06.2015 to deposit the variance margin for avoiding liquidation on 12.06.2015 at 9.31am. I have contacted Mr.Bala Ganesh(Angel staff) for holding the liquidation status. He told me that the shares had been sold just than. Company has clearly informed me that liquidation would happen on 12.06.2015.If margin amount not paid, And, they sold my shares on 10.06.2015 before funding account. Herewith I enclosed that SMS snapshot in attachment. My personal experience is that I have never seen this type of worst broker service in my life.Several investors hard earned money are sucked by these company worst service. Please Suggest this. Dear Angel team At the time of opening demat account with you brokerage decided by your RM & Its team is 1 paisa and 10 paisa but actual brokerage given to me 5 paisa and 15 paisa and thereafter repetitive reminder with your team member Avinash ( Mob. [protected]) and Pankaj ([protected]) same answers given by them few days wait sir... further, i tried to contact your customer support service but no one wants to hear any complain. worst service provide by you. My trading account is k60015 from hyderabad.. I have never seen these type of worst service in my life. no proper information & nobody will assist u properly. if anybody wants to get losses angel stock broking is the right platform... useless management..

I invested Rs 50k with the trust on your marketing manager and company. While opening the account your RM claims so many good things and he assured me that my money will be safe atleast if it doesnt grow. but in reality after 3 months your unexperienced consultants who do transactions on my behalf booked full loss of hard earned money. My RM made false promises and incur full loss of 85k. You guys do not respect and value your customers money you have no right to be in market.

Hi, I am using Angel from past couple of months. I am pissed off by software of Angel. Mobile App of Angel is constantly getting logged off when I login. It says error message of You are logged out as there is request for new login for same client code. This message comes after 5-10 seconds of login and it has happened for atleast 10-15 times. Sir, I am having a demat account bearing client Id S040482 with Visakhapatnam Branch. I open a demat account with your firm because you have a big name in the trading market. But a recent episode of series of event led me to think otherwise. Because of misguidance and ill trading I have incurred a loss of Rs. 1, 10, 000.00 (Rupees One Lakh and Ten Thousand). Things got worse with the aftermath follow up to make good the things. I have spoken to the branch executive and customer heads at several occasions. All they could provide me was false promise and nothing more than that. This result in unnecessary delays and mental suffering more. Finally on 26.03.2015 I met Mr. Badrinath ( Cluster Head) and after listing all issue he speak to the Mr. Suresh (Operational head). Thereafter he promised me that he will settle this issue at the earliest. When I asked him about the necessity of a formal/written complaint, he simply advised me to refrain from it because it(complaint) will go to him only. I kept running behind the branch for fair justice for this issue but all in vain. Indeed it feels painful when the care taker of your hard earned money responds in that way. But I am sure these are remote incidents and overall your firm has a good rapport in the trading market. They got my account opened they invested my money in Shares & Commodities resulting me a very huge losses. Following mail I have sent to Angel: Dear Reader, My name is Kanti Nath Jha. I have opened a demat and trading a/c with your organization last week with a capital of Rs. 110000. My RM Mr. Shashi Bhusan also came at my residence last week. I told him clearly that I am not aware about basic things of stock market and also disclosed that earlier also I have invested some amount Rs. 50000 during 2012 with Angel Broking itself. Unfortunately I have lost all my amount at that time because of intraday trading only. So I told him that now at this time I'll invest for long duration about one year or more. But he told that you give me one week only. Angel'll use its expertise to increase your wealth. But I had not convenced with him. On Monday morning Shashi called me for some trading but I refused straight forward. Then he told his BM Mr. Aftab Khan wants to meet me for trading strategy. Then Aftab called me couple of times and also dropped a message but I didn't revert. I mat them at Karol Bagh's office in Delhi on 16/03/2015 around 6 pm. Again I told them that I have lost Rs 50000 because of only intraday trading and now at this time I'll invest only for long time. Because I am not aware about basic principle of stock market. Because as we go long our risk reduces. There Mr. Aftab Khan told me about a strategy given one of their specialist Mr. Shad he also told me that Shad gives tips in Delhi, Punjab, UP etc. There Aftab told me that we'll follow a complete strategy includes intraday trading, BTST, Positional calls and Option. There I told him very clearly that I can't play with my capital this time. Again Aftab told me that give me 4-5 trading session you'll definitely see your increased wealth. You have to trust on us for a week atleast. When I asked that will I receive Shad's call in my phone's messages, mail or broker's messages on mobile application. Then Shashi and Aftab both refused for the same and they told that this is our internal tips. This is not shared by any of our clients. I was quiet surprised with this answer. This meeting runs for about 30-40 mints. I told them that I can take risk of only Rs.[protected] for intraday trading. But Aftab requested me for a stoploss of Rs.[protected]. After this I also asked him that if I am taking risk of Rs[protected] out of my whole capital. Then how much gain I can expect? Then he told me Rs.50000 approx or more after a week. I asked them if it is so simple to earn money fr. stock market then anybody will come upto you and increase their wealth in few days only. He answered everyone doesn't invest Rs. 1 lakh because for this strategy min. cap. requires Rs. 1 lakh and no one take risk for Rs.[protected]. I told them very clearly that I am very much conscious about broking charges as well. Brokers do number o[censored]nvaluable trade for just sake of their brokerages. But again he told for trust on Angel's expertise and demanded only 4 trading sessions. He also told that in worst scenerio if we would decrease your wealth by Rs. 25000 you can withdraw your whole amount fr. Angel's a/c and if it happens we'll also ask questions to our specilast who is Mr. Shad for his ideas/calls. At last I told them that I can't take risk of a single penny after Rs. 25000 out of my whole capital including your complete strategy and all. As usual in morning approx 9:45 am Shashi called me for some option's trade. He told me for a option's strategy. I asked him about stop loss in terms of total rupees then he told that stoploss is around Rs.[protected] and target is approx Rs.10000. I allowed him for order. As my loss was restricted to Rs. 3500. Around 2 pm he informed me that we have booked lost around Rs.[protected] for complete strategy of option's. I was shocked because I have allowed him for SL max. Rs. 3500 at morning for today's trading session. When I asked that how much brokerage charges you guys have generated for yourself, amount was unbelievable... Rs. 14000 or more. After this I asked them who told you to play with my approx half capital Rs. 52000 out of Rs. 110000 Although I have allowed them for Rs.[protected] at meeting. One more surprising thing is I have not received confirmation call from Angel Broking regarding transactions done today. This shows nothing but the fraudulent/misrepresentation activities done by Angel Broking and its employees for just sake of their wealth/brokerage. My old code was DELL2543. Current code DARKA2034. If I'll not get positive response fr. Angel Broking than I would have no option but too approach SEBI/Media or any other body against your(Angel Broking) harassment/fraudulent/misrepresentation of facts. I would like to tell everyone that i opened an account with 1 Lac in Jan 2015 and lost 70 thousand in one month mainly because of advisory given by Angel Staff and they often suggested to recover my losses and put my money in NIFTY options and i lost around 40 thousand in twoday and to pay the brokerage i have to sell my Shares in down market conditions which further cause me a loss of around 10 thousand. They have pathetic services and after i suffered a loss they advised me to open and Angel Gold account in which they provide PMS services since i have suffered losses already i withdraw my application for the same. I recommend not to use their services.
