I am krishna kumar nigam, having a trading account no. Bisi053 with you. Your above reported franchisee was the person who opened the account, your above franchise had promised me to hand over me my trading a/c, p. Word & one of his representative would visit my residence to teach me share trading. Nothing was done. Rather he himself did the trading in my a/c without my knowledge and consent. When i enquired him i was told that i was in loss and i had to pay rs 38000/+to your co. Besides this my entire capital of rs 50000/ has also eroded by mr singh. The matter was reported over telephone to your office on phone no [protected] to ms reena shahi on 28.03.2016.Mr durgesh of your office acknowledged my complaint on the same day over phone. I was promised every time that the matter will be settled very soon and i will get my money back. But till date i am yet to get my money back. I once again request u to look into the matter and get my money back within a week. Please advice me my complaint no so that i may approach other competent authorities in case my money is not refunded within a week.
I am a senior citizen and hope a response from you.

    Angel broking ...ks, , they only used to play brokrage game, only force u too trade in options as brokerage charges are more. Vry bad experience. They doesn't care whethet u r new in market or not. Very bad experience.

    I am new to market, n try to learn first and cleared with phone representative abt d same, still they only used to force me in options trading, and always giving wrong information. Doesn't care at al abt client money only they r happy with as mch as they r taking brokrage.

      my client code is GRGN6361.My account is suspended without prior notice .Account is suspended till now ...!! I requested him to open my account on provisional basis but they do not did soo ...nor he allow to sell my deliveries . The reason tell is welcome kit returned then i ask to give courier detail but they did not provide.
      Advice not to open account in angel broking because anyone can suffer huge losses ...!!I am daily trading arount 30 lacs per day other automatically thought what they do with them...!!

        My angel broking code is a97478, i am an it professional and have some limited access to do trading and as per my requirement i am using company lappy where i cannot install software of angel speedpro and mobile app is not user friendly for doing trading and i was promised from them that they have a best web based software angeleye https://angeleye. Angelbroking.com/ by trusting on them i have started trading initial they showing some profit of 4k to 8k within a week with my capital investment of 1 lac from there calls and by my own trading and then the advisory shruthi started selling mutual funds and forcing me to buy then i pissed up and started doing my own online trading and then she stopped proving calls if she provides calls also which i am making loss out it she is giving either the target already reach calls or no volume calls for which i got a loss of 20k, called my advisory shruthi and i started questioning their services shocking response i got they said i am doing online trading and they are not responsible for anything and also they said it is upto us whether we take their calls to do trading it was so harsh and my loss reach to 1 lac already, whenever we have any issue no one will response i have did short selling of sbi in future in intraday and i unfortunately i forgot to buy when i ask for their assistance they are so harsh on us again it loks like they are taking a revenge with me for not buying mutual funds and when i spoke with the branch manager rama she also dnt have proper end to end knowledge of trading they said it went to sibi and they dnt know anything about it and asked me to talk to sibi and i asked them to provide sibi peoples number and one of the alex told me to take from google and i got a loss of 20k for that they dnt even explained about the charges as well this is what the response i got from them and when i complaint to my home location hyderabad branch people who took my documents to open an account they suggested me to change the advisory because the advisory which they given she is just 8 month tenure in trading industry if still it won’t work they suggested me to change the dealer from bangalore to hyderabad and i requested for the same and they tag with new advisory, later i acquired an advisers from outside and started taking paid tips and angel eye software which is not works in required time i pissed up a lot from angel broking company is a blunder software i have so many examples and issue where the trade values are not update whenever we put anything for sale it will not trigger and always there is no tally between the order book and trade book and also there is always miss match with the trade values with online angel eye screen and advisory screen for that till now i got a loss of 3 lacs just in a month this is my hard earning money which i was invested and thought to get some minimal returns and i have send so many emails to [protected]@angelbroking.com with the screen shorts by adding all the people in loop and had called so many peoples but no use and whenever we get some profits like 5k / 8k the advisory started selling and forcing me to buy certain insurance policies or mutual funds which is intolerance.

        Angel bangalore is spoiling the name of angel broking. People like branch manager rama, advisory renu, alex, who do not answer to customer queries and harass customers are spoiling name of angelbroking...
        And now today angel broking became of fraud company to make their customers loss

        So guys this is my 3lac rupee wroth of experience please don’t every go with angel broking whatever the brokerage they will give

            My angel broking code is r84679 i was promised 25 rs per lot selling and buying but they are charging 50 rs buying and selling and forcing me to buy certain insurance policies if i want to reduce the brokerage, they bought a mutual fund without my consent and when i asked them to sell it they took so long to sell it.They dont follow any sebi guidelines.I am paying very high brokerage so decided not to trade with them as they are forcing me to buy insurance policies to reduce my brokerage.

              My Client code is ‘G26673’ and my RM was 'Pranav Deshmukh till FEB 2016), Trading with Angel Broking very actively with large quantity in both equity and derivatives, since September 2014. Mostly 99% tradings are done by my Relationship Manager (Pranav Deshmukh) end and I have relied fully on my RM for trading/trade confirmation and net balance maintaining. I have realised lately and got shocked when i came to know about 'Charges on delayed Payments period..." more than 20 instances (amount is around 1, 50, 000 on these 20 instances).
              But I didn't get any message alert on deduction or my RM is not informed me about these charges (If my RM informed atleast after 1 or 2 instances, then around 1, 50, 000 deductions (Charges on delayed Payments). I had already suffered a loss of 4 lacs because of fake strategy calls (again 1.5 lacs on delayed charges). Please find the attached document on delayed payment charges till August 2015, as i have reports only till August 2015.
              Below are my questions.
              1. If these charges will be applicable in case of delayed payments, why my RM/Angel Broking shouldn't let me know, after 1 or 2 instances (Not received messages/calls on delayed payments or limit crossed, even not alerted by my RM). Now I have self realized lately and ended up by paying more than 1, 50, 000 rs as 'Charges on delayed Payments period...'.
              2. What is the motto behind not letting me know (even not by my RM, where he continuously calls me more than 20 times daily and request me to trade. But he never discussed/talked about the same charges or even not asked me to transfer some funds/sell some shares to avoid the 'Charges on delayed Payments period...').
              3. Though I was entitled for 'Charges on delayed Payments period...' because of deliverables and on top of that my RM used to give me a call daily and insisted me to trade in derivatives/equities and he always used to say this is due to the active trading and to keep the deliverables on hold, but never informed me about the delayed charges. So here it seems their only motto is to get the brokerage and always kept mum/secret on delayed charges deductions.
              4. If I wouldn't have realized about these charges now, then I have would have ended up by paying 'Charges on delayed Payments period...' and ultimately my capital (I have started with 10Lakh capital) becomes zero for the same reason with in short time.
              5. I can say with 100% confident that, If I would have alerted very early/after 1 or 2 instances on these charges then 20 instances on 'Charges on delayed Payments' wouldn't have repeated and I wouldn't have paid the huge delayed payments (1, 50, 000 rupees). Ultimately I can say the beneficiary here is 'Angel Broking'.
              6. Also my RM is changed on 2nd March, without informing me. When i gave a call to my RM, he said he got released from Angel Broking. On that i was holding Infosys, SBI and Jaypee Infra shares (Valued around 30Lakhs).

              I have raised the complaint (both mail and call complaint – Complaint ID is '[protected]') with Angel Broking on 8th March and on that directly talked to manager (Rachana Koli) while raising complaint . I have requested them the total reports on delayed payment charges. She told me that she will send the reports by afternoon 8th March and also said get back to me in 2 days on my complaint. But neither i didn't receive any report to my mail nor I received call till 14th March.
              Again on 14th March I gave a call to Angel Broking, they said they will get back to me with the details by EOD. But no call received till 16th March.
              Again I gave a call to Angel Broking on 16th March afternoon, and then they didn’t connect me to complaint department, instead connected me to Pune branch head (Rajendra Deshmukh). He answered me very rudely and harshly saying, these charges are applied from the beginning (But no message communication on the charges deduction) and this is not RM’s responsibility to inform me about the 'Charges on delayed Payments’ (If they are not aware of the delayed payment charges why the hell of having RM to trade), what the hell are the sitting and doing there. When I started stressing on why i got more than 20 calls from my RM for requesting me to trade in derivatives/equity after holding around 30 Lakhs deliverables and they knows entitled for delayed charges. The Rajendra Deshmukh again answered rudely that they have lacs of customers and they will call clients for trading though holding huge deliverables and he also said these charges will go to the bank not to Angel Broking (If these charges will be paid to bank, they would have revealed on very first instance). Most of the time on call, he didn’t listen to me what I have said and started telling only his version that too rudely. After this, all of a sudden in between the conversation call got disconnected. I think they don’t want to answer and disconnected the call intentionally.
              But no communication after the call disconnection. Again I gave a call to the complaint department, neither had they connected me to the complaint manager (Rachana Koli) nor to my pune branch head (Rajendra Deshmukh). Angel Broking seems to be don’t care about their client’s complaint.
              Sir, Am loyal customer to Angel Broking and actively trading with huge quantity in both equity/derivatives. Already suffered major losses in both. Please my humble request you to refund my money.
              If my concern not addressed and no call back on my complaint, If the issue is same, I will certainly not take this lying down and I will be preparing to file a case against Angel Broking for cheating me.

              MY ID IS JANAK4005 and I am from Delhi, presumably dealing with their Karol Bagh Branch.

              I don't have to write my story so much in detail as Gangasrinivas Devolla wrote .

              It is because my story is exactly a cut copy paste of 90% of the scenarios. This company called Angel wants people to be in dark and keep charging in the back ground ..

              Common Points :

              1. Charges for delayed payments done with sequence
              2. No information given for delay payment charges on any instance
              3. I transfered funds in good faith Rs 300000 in their accoutn but they transferred it back for their settlement
              4. No one answers the call
              5. I even went to their branch, had to wait for 40 mins before i could meet any one
              6. Their managers, cluster head were on high degree of rudeness
              7. Their Cluster head Asheesh promises me that he will call back, he did not .. I kep trying for 5 days after goign to their branch but no response.. I had taken a leave to go there .. now i have to take another leave
              8. called them so many times, no response
              9. no one called to inform about any charges being applied on my account. had one call come to me i would immediately sorted that out
              10. they find time to sell insruance products but not this

              I am gogin to take this to their senior most levels and see what is their thought on the scenario

                  On 1st March 2016, 145 Shares of Jet Airways automatically sold from my account. I didn't got any confirmation or intimation from Angel Broking. Without my permission they sold my shares. Never Recommend Angel Broking to Anyone. Worst Service Ever!

                    I had sold holdings on 17th however I haven't yet receive my fund in account,
                    When I called helpline Siddhesh Singhania he suggests it takes two working days to settled the transaction.

                    I doubt you are using clients fund four/five days including public holidays, which is without client's consent and for sole investment purpose.

                    I would like to know why you need two days just to settle the fund which is clearly against RBI norms.

                      My Name being Torab Kamal and my Client Code being KLPA3857, was looted of my hard earned money when these Angel Broking Team (Kolkata) “Squared Off” my position without prior intimation to me for the same and without my permission.
                      I did an Intraday trade of Aurobindo Pharma and bought around 500 shares @ 723 per share on 10/02/2016, but these shares saw a huge drop and my MTM balance reached a stage where it got 80% loss and then they squared off my position.

                      My only question is WHY??
                      1) Non of my Investment advisor called prior of the squaring.
                      2) How can they take such a decision without my permission.
                      3) When I had bought the shares, I knew the risks, I would have kept it.
                      4) They haven’t warned me before taking such nasty decisions.

                      I was left with a loss of Rs:28, 299/-, irrespective of the fact that I instantly added Rs:3, 00, 000/- to my MTM balance within 15 minutes. And to my bad luck, the stock rose to my bought level after falling down.

                      This act of the Angel Broking Team left me shattered because I was associated with the company for 5 years now and never ever had my MTM balance in due and below shortage and I always use to trade with my own money, every single time.

                      This proves Angel Broking to be totally unethical and very unprofessional and very less on transparency and zero accountability.

                      Thus I decided to close their account, but I am still writing this letter so that the same thing doesn’t happen with other innocent investors.

                          On Dec 31st, I told the agents of Angel Broking (Lakshya and Sahil in the Delhi Office) to sell off all my current positions in F & O. Mr. Sahil assured me that my positions were squared off. However, after a few days, I found out that the positions were not squared and when I asked these agents to square them, by then, I had already suffered a loss of 2 lacs. I will certainly not take this lying down and am preparing to file a case against Angel Broking for cheating me.

                            We have verified our records and it is observed that our representative contacted you and updated you on the market volatility. He also requested you to reduce your open positions in order to mitigate the risk. However, the same was not done from your end. Due to volatile market conditions and increased MTM loss in your account, your position was squared off from our end.

                            The reply sent by ur executive does not clarifies my concern. We had conversion on call and I told you the same thing which I'm writing down in this email all over again:

                            Your representative Mr Hitesh / Mr Rohit / Mr Ashish have not contacted me and have never updated me about the market volatility. He never ever made a request to reduce my open positions in order to mitigate the risk.
                            Since he never intimated me I was unaware of the position of my account

                            I would request you to re verify your records. And if you are so sure about the call please forward me that single recording or email conversation where he is trying to intimate me about my position/ market volatility/ my debt/ my losses/ or my square off plan.

                            It's the matter of 2.5 lacs and so would request you to take the case seriously and do not close it forcefully as this case

                            As per your previous comment you stated you will get in touch with me but I guess your representative is more interested in closing the case forcefully. After 20th Jan reply no one contacted me and today I got an email stating "we will not be able to help you in any manner" without any proper justification or contacting me. Please find the screen shot for the same. For the points she have mentioned in the email I have already replied her on call as well as on email that None of representatives have not intimated me about my position and they sold my stocks WITHOUT INFORMING me. I have also requested her to please forward me that single call recording of their conversation where my agents are trying to intimate me about my position or my square off plan. There is no reply on the points which I m asking over email. Please I would request Angel Broking to take the case seriously and do not close it forcefully or I might have take this case to SEBI. Also would ask consumer forum to help me with my case. I heaved been looted for 2.35 Lacs
                            The complain is NOT yet resolved. I had meet with Branch Customer relationship manager MR Vivek, However the solutions which were given by him are absolutely unacceptable and unrealistic. He is trying to close the case forcefully.
                            I'm still waiting for the last reply form angel broking since last 3 days..
                            Please donot copy paste the same email which was sent to me.
                            After which i have already replied to it However I would like to repeat again that Your representative have not contacted me and have NEVER updated me about the market volatility.                             Enough of this Jargon! I m filling a case against you in SEBI, I have voice recording my meeting with representatives will share it with SEBI. Also would request consumer forum to investigate and see how Angel Broking executives are closing my case forcefully.
                            This case is still not resolved.

                              Be aware of these Angel Broking guys, Initially they will give you the wrong information about the brokerage charges and once the account is opened with the Angle Eye Broking, You will be unexpected charged by them in terms of Brokerage Charges, Hidden Charges e.t.c and Wrong/Fraud calls will be provided by your relationship manager Who will be fussing and buzzing around the words and trying to make a default by you itself and at the end of the day, you will get to know that you have been charged with the giant amount as a brokerage which were untold and never expected. We were NEVER told about the different brokerage slab in derivatives /Cash and once the transaction was done by your relation manager they will quickly deduct the amount from your account, then we came to know about how they guys are fooling people. As We were tricked by them for a loss of INR 40, 000 in just one day(at the First day). The whole amount INR 40, 000 was charged as a brokerage charges only!!! and Later on, No one will attend your complaints, concerns, calls and not even reply your emails. NO actions are being taken cared of against our concerns/issues/Complaints as this was really frustrating to chase them((Customer care/Relationship Manager/Salesman/ Angel Broking Eye Team) ) around each and every time and in-spite of dropping so much emails we haven't heard from them. I deeply regret opening my account with such a company whose employee doesn't have this much moral values as well.                               We would like to inform you that brokerage levied to your account is as per the brokerage details mentioned in the KYC documents agreed and signed by you at the time of account opening . Also, the Demat charges were clearly stated in the application form.

                              Further, we understand that our Branch representative had called and also explained to you the brokerage details on December 1, 2015.

                              Kindly note that the Profit & loss informed by the dealer does not include brokerage.

                                  I opened my account with Angel broking on 30th April, since then i have been pressurized to trade in F&O, i kept saying no because i never understood it and since the beginning i maintained i opened account only to trade in cash market, but he kept forcing me to trade and fed me wrong information regarding my profit, on 3rd July i was shocked when i found out i was in loss of Rs 300000, they even charged me 20000 Rs as debit charges, which even they were not aware of as to how and why they were applicable, i raised these issue with their head office, they turned down my claim citing i am an investor and i should have known, i raised the issue with NSE, after filing the complaint with ISC, i received a copy of Member client agreement from them, toy my shock they forged all my documents, i got my pan card on 12/1/15, but they have shown my experience as 2 years, they have shown i run KHAN TAX CONSULTING FIRM which is a lie, they even forged my bank statement to make me eligible to be traded in F&O, all they were concerned since the beginning is their brokerage, why else would the commit forgery?The complain is already with the arbitration.I really hope that consumer forum will put an end to this agony i am suffering.

                                  My issue is since when you insist so much, put your client under duress to trade in F&O, you people are so obsessed with your brokerage you even committed forgery on my documents, so you make me trade against my consent and then you give me wrong confirmation, your employees say they are not aware of the loss, they are not aware of the brokerage charges, they are not aware of the delayed payment charges, what the hell are the sitting and doing there? you service shoddy your employees are utterly incompetent and above all liars and cheaters.

                                    Yesterday i have tade w with SRTR Finance Ltd by buying of 4lot under Future option and i requested them for carry forward it the Guy at Angel broking confirmed me that you can cary 3 Lot only so i asked to continue it but late evening i received an SMS that my position of Thirumalali chemicals of 534 no. sold without my consent @ 216.80 and this type of horror experience they are giving me periodically.                                       I have a trading account in Angel Broking house while opening the account in that broking house there executive have given me lot of promises .Then I transfer my share from HDFC SECURITY to Angel Broking House .But after transferring my share they sell all my share without my knowledge .Further I have to do to recover my share.                                         When I opened the account I was told the brokerage fee per contract in options will be 20/- one side and I did some trade initially with that brokerage charge. And suddenly my dealer Chitranshi and his manager Niral or Nirmal in andheri office decide to increase my brokerage fee without informing me and they later on charged me 40/- and yesterday when I checked my account online for the first time I saw that they have charged me 80/- for one side per contract and they did not even inform me I even spoke to the sales rep who helped me open the account and he said he has the approval mail for the 20/- charge per contract at the time of opening the account is spoke to priyanka yadav and she said the on November 1st 2015 we have increased the brokerage charge and that was lie as I have not made any charge after that day I have made charges before November which clearly mean that all of them are lying. There is no communication provided to me about the increase. I want all the brokerage charges to be reversed to the price promised to me at the time of account opening. Client ID S149981
