Dear sir / Madam, I am B. ARUN from Coimbatore (TAMIL NADU ) . I have Demat account with Angel Broking Coimbatore branch . My cliend ID : B41524 . My account is NBFC account - when i open NBFC account your Relationship manager saying that you can take shares worth more then 5 time of your investment amount but will pay int 2% per month - i will agree this & also i recd confirmation Letter from your side . I have invest Rs. 20000/- . i will take share worth what you have given limit for NBFC . But every time you can automatically sell my all positions with out my Knowledge . Example : my total share worth is Rs . 120000/- you can send sms for me Debit amount 20000/- pl pay today or will sold your shares - but you can sell my total share worth Rs. 100000/- . I don't understand why you can sell my total shares - Then what is the meaning of NBFC . All broker's has given 5 days time to clear debit's . But you are sold next day for every time . My Relationship manager Mr. V. PURUSHOTHAMAN . He is given support me 0% . He don't know what balance in my account, He don't know what is my trading limit, He don't know what shares will sold today, He don't know what share i have take delivery today, He don't know how many share has sold automatically today, He don't know which price to per share & He don't know what transaction will do in my account . Totally he is 0% support to me . Example : i will informed to him for pl inform when my share has reach target - He is not response me . I will ask him to account closing form last 7 days - still he is not given . Mostly your service is good so i have interested to open DEMAT account to you but this time i am very disappointed your service . I have contact your branch directly but he is not response anyone .       They only concentrate about the brokerages .They said there is only 30 Rs for option trading while opening the account . [B]Key Points of my Losses and their frauds:[/B] They take the Nifty index future options without explaining me about the risk involved .250 lots consisting of 5000 quantity in the rate of 3.30 Rs per share. Buying :Total amount they charged 16, 500 (For Share Purchase) + 5000 (Brokerage charge . Cheaters charged 25 Rs /Lot as a brokerage) The value of the call reduced drastically and they asked me to exit @ 1.15 Rs Selling : Total amount I received is 5750 (For Share Sold) -6000(Brokerage charge .Cheaters charged 30 Rs /Lot as a brokerage) .Instead I let it to expire So the total loss for me is 16500+5000+250+1400(Taxes) =23, 150 They are charging different brokerage rate for option index and option stocks 100 Rs per lot in option stock trading... My Suggestions: Never go for this angel broking they are only concerned about their brokerages .Starters please don't open account with them especially registering directly from their site .Then you definitely face the brokerage issue. Better go for discount brokers like Zerodha, RKSV, ... Disclaimer: This is solely my experience and I am not responsible for your go or no go decision with Angel broking

        Having faith, opened a/c from kota Branch with fund of Rs. 50000, verification have been done, but after passing more that 2 months whenever i called in 1st month they told to wait. Later on one transaction have been made. Now sinch 1 month I am regularly calling, kota office told, My a/c is not activated, This was shocking, It seems that company 's staff is wrong at some part, and now they are not attending my telephone calls.             I opened a demat and trading acc with Angel Broking some time back. Every time i have a issue they solve it but 2-3 times it has taken little longer to resolve. At least theyre RM is helpful and polite. So requesting to give faster resolution.

              hi, This i highly shameful for such a reputed organisation that customers are not even getting proper responses of their enquiries . Customer care centres just keep on transferring our calls from one department to another and still noone has an answer to my query . I Mukesh kumar Garg had a DMAT A/C [protected], D.P, ID - 33200 with Angel Broking . which I wanted to close and as per the procedure asked to transfer my total amount to my bank account . For this, I had already sent a closure request in March '14 . Account is closed, however, instead of calling several times to Cust. care to enquire about my amount refund, I have no received any answer yet . They just keep me hopping from one CSR to another . This is really not a good sign for a reputed organisation . I am writing here in the hope to get an answer as shortly from Angel Broking . Regards, Mukesh Garg

              It's been more than 5 months and my complaint is till unaddressed. I have not received any call or correspondence from the company's side till date instead of continuous follow ups on calls also.
              I have again send a reminder on JAn15th, 2015 and still have not received any response.

              Could you please expedite the process and address my complaint.

                  Hi, I have opened trading account with angel broking in May 2014. I gave them 40, 000 but the RM assigned to me is seriously pathetic and unprofessional and untrained person. He traded on my money and lost all of them !! Yes, all of them !! he never called me about any transaction and lost all my money in trades. I wish I could harrass him legally. I am seriously crying like hell for my hard earned money

                    Hi, I opened my trading account with angel in May 2014. 2 guys came to my home to teach me their software and how it works. I started trading on my own. But my RM assigned by angel has done few trades from himself and lost all my money in that. It was about 40, 000 and now I have 350 rs in my trading account. When I was trading by myself, I earned 3000 in a month which makes 43000 in total. But this bloody non sense unprofessional and untrained RM has ruined all my hard earned money. I dont know what to do now. He is such a cheat and doesnt know how to manage customer portfolio. I am seriously fed up with these services. I wish I could harrass them legally.

                        Hi, I was not able to trade myself and hence opened demat account with Angel Broking. And, invested 1.5 lakhs and they provided some persons who invested my money to the market. But, the relation ship person are pathetic and they are not trained and my investment money has gone into loss and almost lost all the money invested. I am not sure how they maintain the portfolio and every day it was going to loss and was not informed. So, really not sure where to ask or whom to contact this regards and all my hard earned money has been lost in vain. Please, my advice to every one is don't invest by these fraudulent company and invest wisely by yourself. And, let me know if any can help me about what can be done here as lost all my money. Thanks

                            i have already complaint in consumer form. i am not satisfied there replay. They done is right. Normally in inter trade the company gives 1 time of current Investment. In my matter their person takes 4 times of my investment. They are not confirm me at all. When I open account Mr.sunil and Mr.Ravi told me u get 1 time of your Investment. In Andheri Branch Mr.Yogesh to take care of my Account. He hearse me to trade it mysel[censored] get profit. In first time he trade. He got loss. After that I say dot not trade my account. After that he trade my Account. He take 4 time of my investment. Every time he trade loss my account. He Says it is market up and down is there don’t worry I can cover ur account. Do confirm Your account when company calling. Same thing I do. What I want say Angel Broking miss guiding through their person to do turnover of client account.                               i opened a Demat account with Angel Broking, and it is over a week that i am running behind my agent Vaibhav Mhaskar and so called manager of mine, Hitesh Mani for the demo of various softwares of Angel. Even after constant communication Vaibhav is not at all inetersted even in answering my call. that is very insulting. Hitesh gives all types of false promises. Angel personnels are taking customers for granted. There is no value for Customers time and money. On tuesday they give time of saturday (till then one is suspended) and then from Friday they are out of contact (again keep watching, hitting around to trace them - leaving all your jobs aside).                                 I have a demat account with angel broking for more than 7 years now, I came across the brokerage charge discrepancies in January - 2014 when I got to know that I have been charged at 8paisa for intra day trading and 50paisa for other while one of my friend is being charged 3paisa for intra day trading and 35paisa for delivery base. Have been following up with them since Jan'14 and each time have been assured that they will get the charges issue rectified and get back.                                   This has reference to the trades executed on my account (K56641) on 16.06.2014. This is to inform that I received a call from Angel office around 11 AM on nifty strategy call which I denied to execute and in the same call it has been advised on bank nifty CE-15400 buying @ Rs. 143 for which I agreed to buy 500 Quantities with stop loss of Rs. 122. Accordingly order was placed at 11.20 AM in the system. Unfortunately order was not executed at that time and the price of bank nifty CE-15400 call went up above 150, later on at 11.32 AM the above order was cancelled as the price went up and my order was not executed. Since, I had to attend a meeting at 12.00 PM, I have checked my account for order book at 11.45 AM for the status of order and confirmed that the order has not been executed and it was already cancelled. After this confirmation I went for meeting. Later when I was in meeting, I got calls from Angel office continuously but unattended as I was busy in meeting. After the meeting, I called their office and understand that my order for bank nifty CE-15400 @ Rs. 143 buying was executed and stop loss was also hit. I was astonished to hear this as the order was already cancelled and now saying that it has been executed. Again I have checked my system for the order status and found that re-order was placed for the same at 12.07 PM without informing to me and stop loss was hit at 12.09 PM and it was purely business call taken by angel to generate huge brokerage without considering the client interest. One can understand that once the moment of that particular call has hit its target(high of 175), it is foolishness to buy the same at down again, that too without informing to client which ultimately ended with a loss of INR 12247/-which is not at all acceptable as this trade was not executed as per my instructions. Also I observed in trade messages that they have tried to sell 1000 quantities of (20Lots) Nifty 7400 Put at Rs. 32 at 11.36 AM without informing to me and without my permission which went unsuccessful because of short of Margin money. I don’t know how they can trade like this, without informing to client they are trading on their own to generate huge brokerage as trading in Options pays them more brokerage. The same has been conveyed to my advisor via phone and requested to refund the above loss amount to my account. As per the telecon had with Ms. Dimple from Angel office, they assured that they will recover the above amount by trading in my account within a week without any risk and cost to my account. After two days i.e. today I got a call from their office saying Mr. Parag – Cluster Head and he straight away reject the commitment they made and says that we will try to reimburse half of the brokerage which is Rs. 500/-against my loss of Rs. 12247/- which is not even 5% of my loss. I would like to mention here that earlier also I have traded their nifty strategies and ended with big losses more than this which have generated only larger amount of brokerage to them but I never complained about losses as those trades were executed with my consent. Here, once they have committed that we will refund your amount of loss and after two days says that it is not possible. I request Angel Broking to check my account (K56641)which has generated brokerage nearly lakhs within a year and I never complained once against any of my losses. Particularly I am complaining only on this trade means, please review and arrange to refund my amount immediately as committed. Otherwise I need to escalate the matter to Stock Exchanges and SEBI to resolve the issue. Earlier action is highly appreciated. Regards, Kantharaju K K

                                    I am opening mcx account in Angel Broking. Amount of 50, 000/- In first day Angel Person Mr.Yogesh, Mr.vittal, Mr.Mangesh they trading my account. I have told those person do not trade my account. They told me you don't worry we trade and you will get good profit. We are good experience. They miss guide me. After that I lost 20, 000/- with 5 days. I have told Angel persons do not trade my account or u trade mini one. They take sliver 2 lots and gold 3 lots zinc 3 lots per day. I compliant to Mr.Ravi (Andheri Office). He told me he can not help it. Put compliant in feedback. They are Brian wash client. They give offer 30% profit we will trade on behal[censored]. U just confirm to our orders.Once you commit after that they not lessen. They take own decision.do not invest in Angel Broking. They miss guide u and u lost your money with short period. 3 Person trade blindly and Angel Broking give target to client to do business with Profit or Loss. I have lost 50, 000/- this is small amount when I invest big amount what happen. My personal opinion is you do not take same mistake. Once you lost your money nobody talk you. All blames get back to you. I done mistake this is good experience in my life. Any body help and guide me what do in this situation.

                                    Query :- As per client he had deposited Rs. 50000/- but dealer Yogesh,
                                    Vithal, Mangesh had cheated him by giving wrong guidance. Many times
                                    client had told not to trade in his account but they continued trading
                                    and lost his all amount. Dealer was promising him that there will be
                                    pofit in all trades and later giving reason that it is a market.

                                      With reference to the above mentioned subject, I would like to bring to
                                      your notice that I was depressed by the behavior of My Manager,
                                      (MUTHYAM) from the past one month. He was exited my id (employee id
                                      E50638 ), without consulting me on his own decision. I was asked him
                                      about this improper action but he was not answered in a rightful manner.
                                      With his personnel depression he made me out of the company. I regret
                                      to say his mental status making the employees unable to work in a
                                      healthy atmosphere.When I was called him for the response he was not
                                      answering my call to ask about my settlement.
                                      His behavior was not conducive to a healthy atmosphere in the workplace.
                                      If this issue isn’t resolved, remaining employees don’t think they can
                                      continue working here.

                                        This is for your kind information i have trading account in your broking house on the name of Brijesh Walia ac no- 3333 at chandigarh branch . I bought 500 shares of DLF on friday 7/03/2014 on the rate of Rs. 154 appx . Today morning on dated 11/03/2014 I have sold the same share on Rs. 170 in the morning . I also recieved the confirmation call from your bombay office for the friday buying . but after some time your guy Sudhir sharma from chandigarh office called up and said i have to buy the 500 share because we could not get the share released from exhange .He mispresent the matter to me and pressurise me to buy 500 share at the rate of 178. when i understood the matter deeply and asked him u booked me the loos of 4000rs today without clearing the matter to me. Matter of fact i have already bought 500 shares on friday on the rate of 154 . Today when i sold my 500 shares in the morning i thought i have booked the profit of 15 Rs. on 500 shares but actually i have booked the loss in today trading which was mispresent to me by your employee and moreover he misbehave with me . i do not know you are esteemed brokerage house and you are working these kind of rough employees who never try to understand the customer.
