Sir iam y shiva rama krishna, here my complaint is actually my licence has generated and actived, but here my problem is my original licence was not dispatched to my permenant adresses. So please i requested to you sir, my licence has been dispatching as soon as possible, alrady one year completed but still now it is not dispatched to my adresses and my licence number is :ap[protected]. Please responce my complaint thank you sir!!

Applied for duplicate driving license on[protected] and the card is printed on july 1st and the card status showing is not yet dispatched, really a pathetic service from rto office vizianagaram, and even went directly to office counter no.2, but the person is very lazy and taking too much time for a single person, and even one more thing the contact no. Provided in the website is not working[protected] and no one will respond through the mail provided you, really horrible for the public, please take serious action against this.

Dear sir/madam,

I am n pradeep kumar from kurnool dist, ap. I have applied for driving licence endorsement with application number: ap221/16157/2015/l, and dl number: ap[protected]. It has been approved and issued on 16/03/2019, and i received a sms stating dl card is printed. But as on today it has not been dispatched. Kindly look into this and resolve the issue asap.

Initially i have two-wheeler driving license (No. Ap[protected]) and last year i applied for 4 wheeler license. I passed the test and it status of the driving license cars shows dispatched.

Where as i checked the local post office and found not yet received.
I enquired in rto office and they demanded rs.550 for new card to be printed.

Kindly do the needful.

Dear sir, my name is gandu. Muni prasad. Vehicle no: ap26tt0670 is registered in the name of me in nellore rto and linked to my aadhar. But iam not the true owner. I didn't have any vehicle. It was registered in the year 2009 but at that i didn't have aadhar. I am requesting you please verify and remove the vehicle registration linked to my aadhar. My aadhar no:[protected]. Dear ap transport department,

Thanking you to take 1st step to make services online, however unfortunately we individuals are unable to get the benefit of making it online due to scanning system which we don’t have those missions with us, we need to go to 3rd party (Internet centre) to make our details update with all our precious information which has a 100% change to miss use our data by 3rd party and they charge us again high along with our govt charges.
I request you to please make a small changes to the procedure by implimenting otp method or any other method in the place of scanning which helps individuals make changes them selfs online with out going to 3rd party.

And one more think i need to get clarified recently i requested to changes address details in my dl however ap transport has been charged me with rs660/- which includes postal charges rs35, application fee 200 again service charge 225, card charges 200. One think i didn’t understand why you are looting money from us by the name of application and service charges of rs425. These two are same you are looting money from us with different names.
Time has been changed we need a clear transparent governance these kind of things will make us loose interest on your government.

I request hon’ble transport minister sri kinjarapu atchannaidu and hon’ble sri chief minister n. Chandrababu naidu sir to please take my request into your consideration

I am receiving messages frequently that my vehicle (Reg. No. Ap03x5560) has violated traffic rules and i have to pay the penalty at mee seva centre. Actually the vehicle with the above registration no. Does not belong to me. When i checked it online, i found that the vehicle belongs to mr. Vijaya kumar srinivasan and that the vehicle was registered at rta, chittoor. I am a resident of amalapuram, east godavari district, a. P. And i own a car (Swift - petrol) with reg. No. Ap05 cr 5462 registered at rta, amalapuram. Probably my mobile number might have wrongly linked to the owner of the above said vehicle. Please see that such messages are sent to the correct owner of the vehicle and see that his mobile number is incorporated in the office records and my mobile number is deleted from the records.

I am waiting from last two 4 months but still there no update. When we r tring to reach it was shows as no records found. I met rta office so many times. But there is no use. They r not responding properly. So plzz kindly help me.

According to ems services not delivered post has been redirected to rta office guntur..
As of today several times to reach rta office but there is no proper reply from their side.
Ems nd rta services very poor,, how many days to be wait to get,, plz do needful

Sir i am from buchi reddy palem i am working in nellore for that daily i am traviling from buchi to nellore on bike via katubadi palem, jonavada at that this side beside srikrishna temple sand tractors are going at the same place so much of sand on road bikes are going to sked i saw so many people fall down because of sand so that kindly help us from that sand place please provide cleaning road that is my request please help me solve this problem

RC not received. It has been morethan 2 months. I have contacted almost all persons given in the website of aptransport for the grievance. But as usual no one responded.
There are many useless email ids given in the website for contacting them. But I don't know why they are not responding. If you people are really bothered about citizens then don't contrate much on collection of fines. Instead of that there are many useful things that you can help us and serve us better

Hi this is revanth from nellore. I have purchased a new royal enfilld vehicle and i went for registration with in ur grace time. But still i didn't recived my registration card its almost 3 months completed but still pending so make the process fast as soon as possible. But the police men are asking about registration card when they stopped the vehicle so u should consider this as a serious issuse and make the registration card faster

Dear Team, I would like to bring to your notice that Morning star travels is providing worst services and lack of respect towards travelers.

I raised a concern couple of months back about the HIGH fare charges, Disrespect, Quality less by this travels.

Example: Today my parents traveled in this travels in a AC coach before reaching to the destination, they have stopped some where out of the city (10kms away from the destination) and forced the passengers to get into a small NON-AC van with no luggage space and also no place to sit, making more than 30 people sit/stand in a single van. It`s not at all acceptable and these guys should be punishable.

I would request you to please take appropriate action on these guys for a happy and comfortable journey.

Note: This is not the first time we are facing very bad experience and more over no one in this country deserve this.

I'm here to complain about the andhra pradesh driving license system.I have completed my test drive and received form 4 and the people of department guided me that i can check my license status in ap transport and will receive the license within 2 weeks but i cannot find because it is saying that no data found . and didn't get license too .what should i do??

I have booked a slot for driving licence test on 22.12.2016 for 11:00A.M to 12:00A.M in Nellore test centre. I have been waiting since 10 O'clock in the queue for submitting the forms. It has been observed that only single counter is alloted for both LLR and Licence test and also there is problem with server. Not a single person is able to submit the forms. I have faced same problem during my LLR test. I wanted to bring this to your notice that the test centre is not maintained properly. Kindly take this complaint seriously

Hi, I have applied for Two wheeler RC on may 2016. But i didn't get the RC to my residential address (POTHURAJU VANAJA, YERRAGUNTLA KOTA Village, OBULAVARIPALLI MANDAL, KADAPA.) And my vehicle registration no is : AP04BE0592. I went to RTO office and all mandal post offices and all sub post offices they told we didn't get anything regrading that Vehicle RC.

I have gone to KPHB RTA office for 4 wheeler Regn., approached Agent ,asked me Rs.2000/- for regn, which costs Rs.700/- officially and also told that i have one more vehicle on my name to pay extra tax Rs.8000/-, or else can be managed with Rs.2,500/-
Immediately i have verified with my old vehicles, no vehicle is on my name.so this is a kind of fraud.
So i decided to go directly and took Rs.700/- challan and signed digitally, by the time it was 2-10 pm.Mr.Ashok Yadav MVI had refused me for regn. as i had not come through Agent at same time he was entertaining other agent for 4 wheeler regn.
I decided to complaint on him and was waiting out side at last he had done regn.
So I request all Public not to entertain this kind of activities, in case any one demands,kindly sign on the note,take down the number, complaint immediately to the higher authorities and ACB

I have purchased a wagon r car in 2005 with a car loan of five year in hyderabad. Now i have shifted to pune.I got a letter from ICICI bank for removal of hypothecation. For which i visited hyderabad on 12 july & deposited the money and the form for a new registration card.
