This company has fraudulently been posing as kent ro service centre. They lied point blank and said 'yes' when i asked if it was a kent service centre instead of telling me that they are an independent service centre. They are not even an authorised service centre. They answer the phone saying 'this is kent ro service centre' which is clearly misleading to customers who are trying to to reach the actual kent customer care. They have posted paid ads under fake kent ro name and website on google so theirs is the first result. This is a tactic they use so customers think they have reached the actual kent ro customer care. Yes Apex is a fraud company when he visited he charged 7000 amc but we are trying to call them he is not picking up and talking lie. Plz gyes this is fraud
I have also become target of this company. They claimed to be kent RO service centre. They charged 6000/- and changed membrane and filters, which was duplicate in the name of kent. The amount included AMC charges also, but whenever I call, I am never responded positively. This company is making fool of people in Delhi. Delhi Police should take this company seriously and take strict action against this.

They'll never respond to your calls and even if once in a blue moon they do, they'll just fool you around and never show up to provide any service. Delhi Authorities must look into the matter and take strict actions against such fraud companies in the benefit of society at large.

Apex runs a full site in name of Kent. When you google Kent call centre no.this website opens up which nowhere mentions Apex but mentions Kent with full logo design copy of Kent. When you call there thinking you are calling Kent, there executive walk in with Kent id. They took 11, 500 from me for 2 yr contract last month. I got a hint that something is wrong when my credit card statement a month later showed the merchents name as Mr. Amit Singh instead of Kent. I called up Kent to cross check but there call centre is protecting Apex. They refused to help or even comment whether Apex is authorized center or not. They said we cannot provide this information. To my surprise just an hour later I got a message and call from a technician from Kent that I had registered for service complain. I had never done that. This proves without doubt people in Kent are a part of this fraud. Instead of registering my complain as an enquiry for Apex it was registered as an enquiry for service. It's shocking for a company of Kent's repute.

Yes this company is a fraud company it claims to be kent ro service but never responds in need . They charged me 6000 but everytime I try to contact them they avoid me and even that if they respond their executive never approaches me. So I want everyone to be aware about the same and don't get befooled by such fraud companies.
This company is fraud.They pretend to be Kent Ro service provider.but they are not. Jyoti(attendant), Saurabh and Rahul(technician) Akshay(rude manager), Rajeev (the chameleon Boss) .All run this company Apex which provides bad services but fakes as if its Kent ROs Service center..aks us to take 1 year warranty period for 6000..even when u pay the quality of water water won't b good.
I filed a police complaint with audio recording proof but nothing worked as police was more interested in reaching a mutual understanding instead of going for company owner.at the end i could get only assurance that they will give me nice services.i returned home as a looser to this company.While this company is still going on its way to loot people.

I have paid them 10000 and from the next day of the payment, they are not resolving my first complaint. In fact, after the changing filter still, water taste is not good. I think we all should raise a voice in the name of the fake company. how can they use Kent Ro name and work?

Please help me ..I would also like to file against this company ..they cheated us under the name of kent .
I also fell into the trap of Apex Service Center. They pose as Kent RO Service provider and install local parts during AMCs. Most of the packaging doesn't have KENT Purifier Genuine part banding and machine starts giving trouble within a month or two. Upon complaining they decline to provide original KENT RO recommended parts.
Please do not fall into their trap because these are the people who are into fraudulent business in Delhi NCR.
The only mistake I did was not to read their disclaimer at the end of each page on their website. They have put pictures of Kent RO products and it's Brand Ambassador Ms. Hema Malini and at the bottom of each page the discalimer says...
...Disclaimer : kent-service-center.co.in is an independent Service centre. We are NCR's Largest & Fastest Growing Service Provider & We undertake job work of Service, AMC, Repair & Maintenance of RO Systems.We are totally responsible for these and no relation to parent company in any regards.

Do one thing, call them again with another number with different address for service, one person will come, call to police and call again the service center with another number, when they will pick the call so they must say that we are from Kent authorized. Bang on.. that's the proof you will have that they frauded with you.
They are a big fraud. Charged Rs 6700 for AMC and now just after 2 months We faced issue and they are not replying properly. They are big cheats. Please take action against them. Phone no where I have tried calling them are[protected]; [protected]

We got the AMC done through aqua guard customer care but these people visited my house for AMC.
When I called them for 1st service to change the filter and there is a problem of PCB in my water purifier. They took the water purifier for 7 days for repair and returned it in the same condition without repairing it and changing the candle.
Kindly suggest how can I get my AMC money refunded from this company. This company is a fraud.

The Company is really very Bad I had also taken AMC. I am also being cheated . I am also facing these type of problems . I don't know why Delhi Police is not taking action against such fraud Companies. They changed all my parts related to filters and fitted Duplicate parts . Every Now and then I am facing TDS problems filters problems . I am also suffering for around nine months.
