Hi dear

My name is fahad i was working with vodafone on the payrol of apex i left vodafone 3 years before now i want to withdrow my pf. Very first day i mail i appriciate mr. Deepak provide me my uan number but after that there is no any help i mail everytime to mr. Deepak he reply my mail but now when he forward mail to mr. Fazle then from last 10days i am waiting for his reply, now no one is picking my call. Please help me.

      Dear sir,

      My complaint no. Mum[protected]

      Refer to afore said subject we have purchased apex tower fan on 23rd feb 2017. Since last week our tower fan has not working. We have call customer care from last week but still your engineer is not coming.

      One we have realised that your apex customer service is to bad and they have not bother about customer satisfaction.

      I am working in hr and admin dept and i m the only person who purchase all product for our company. I will thinking about purchase apex product for company but now i will not. I will inform to our management that don't purchase this apex product beacuase they will not giving customer service perfectly.

      And last if within 2 days apex enginer is not attending my complaint then note down i will submit this complaint to consumer court. I have inform u now only i[censored]r engineer will using bad and rude language then i will take strong action against that person so better u will send ur polite person to attending my complaint.

      We have unhappy this apex service is very poor

        Hi,
        I want to know the status of my pf amount withdrawn. But no one responding in Apex serveries Lucknow Office. Please help me regarding the same as i have worked there more then 3 years and still no one is ready respond. Whenever i have any issue i have send mail so many times and call so many times in apex services but there is no response from their side. finally i have left the company because of that only and now i want know about my PF amount and still no one responding there.

          Hello,

          I'm sachin rohilla having PF no UP/1040348/3360 i have submited my PF forms on 28/03/2017 and as per new process the PF gets credited within 30 days from the time of submission of the forms and the same not credited in my account also tried calling up fazle but phone is not picked up and after phone is picked they don't have any status of the claim status.

          Kindly check and have me updated ASAP

          I worked for l&t from 18/04/2016 to 03/01/2017 for KSEB RAPDRP Calicut job34/759B. I have applied for PF on February 2017 but till now I didn't got my PF. My E. P. F Number is GJ/RJT/44510/21728. Kindly do the needful to sanction my PF.

            My Samsung J2 was serviced from Samsung service center on[protected]
            as its display was not working. (Service center Name:- APEX, Address:- 90, Daimond Harbour Road, Kolkata-700008, 1st Floor. Contact Number:[protected]. Contact Person Mr. DEBASISH (+91 [protected]) he told me to change the LCD which costed me Rs. 2794/- and it was under warranty for THREE months. When i took the phone back the display was working but no network connection was found. when i contact same service station, contact persion Mr. KUNTAL he told me that this problem due to location and he formatted my mobile.
            After 2 days when my mobile was again not working, i went to the same service center now this time they are telling another problem to change the MOTHER BOARD which can again charge me Rs. 3200/-. In this way they misguided me and wasted my money .
            I will be very thankful to you if you can kindly look after the matter .

              Hi,
              I applied for PF withdrawal in November 2015. It has been more than 6 months, have not received the amount.

              PF account No: UP/28474/6119

              Tried getting status from Prakash and Fazle Ali from apex, but most of the time call is not answered or if it is answered they don't have any status with them and always say, will check and update.

              Tried reaching their director on Linked in as well but, he also do not accept invitation for any escalation..

              I am not sure what kind of process and escalation matrix Apex has, but it is really disappointing, chasing the executives from last 6 months and no status till date.

              I hope this forum may help.Looking forward for quick resolution.

                Hi team,

                I am husna and I was working in Wipro technologies mysore as a partner employee of Apex services.
                But due to salary issue n carrier growth problem I left the job on 3rd jan 2015.
                After 3months completion of my resignation I have applied for PF by providing necessary documents and I got PF amount arround 18000/-. Since I worked in Wipro for 3 years n 3 months I only got 18000 rs as my PF. Where if I calculate it should come arround 40000/- rs. Even I have discussed this with the PF department, lucknow office where they have stated they will check the issue and reimbursed my remaining amount but its almost 8 to 9 months there is no response from the PF department.
                Kindly help me in getting my remaining PF amount ASAP.

                Hi Team,

                As per the above comments from Wipro help I have checked with the [protected]@wipro.com team, but as per their confirmation I am not the wipro payroll employee, but my PartnerApex Services pay roll employee. Hence I have tried with the Apex team lucknow office pf department. But I didn't get proper response from them.

                Kindly help me to get my remaining PF amount from my partner Apex Services on a high priority.

                Also please ensure that I was totally worked for 39 months in which from the date of joining i.e., 21.09.2011 to till February 2014 My net salary was Rs.5934/- and from February 2014 to till 03.01.2015 my net salary RS.6769/-.

                But their was two different employee code in my salary slips, for which might be this discrepancies happens in my PF amount. And this has been communicated with lucknow pf department person Mr. Prakash through phone call also sent emails looping Mr. Fazle ji very long back but I didn' t get any proper response from them.

                As I have already mentioned above that i had work for 39 months and for my whole tenure only I got Rs.18, 039/-. Kindly help me in getting of my full employee as well as employer contribution PF amount from my partner Apex Services.

                    I have not reveived the pf from the company apex services, i was working in wipro ltd on contract base upto 2 year but after my communication with their lucknow regional office they told me your cheque has been already gone and check your account. But still now pf has not been deposited in my hdfc account. I have already discussed with hdfc customer care but the same has not been deposited. Please do it needful because no one is responsing to my call in the lucknow pf office.

                      I was working in the apex services payroll but placed at wipro ltd mumbai through contract basis, i had left the apex company before one year back. Two times i had sent the pf forms to their lucknow head office and also from their request i had sent one hdfc cancelled check but still now pf does not deposited in my account, my last working day in this company was 5th may 2011.
