On 11th april i called the kent ro service provider, apex has sent executive and he charged 4000k for repair and membrane change. This company is fraud and said they are authorised service center. After 1 week my purifier is not working again i called their complaint number and they said technician is come but he never turned out till date. And there executive stop taking calls of my number. This harrasment done by them.. They are fraud and making a kent ro company name down. We are facing lot of problem due to purifier.. I think company should take strict action against them. And my money should be refunded. Banned this company pls. They are frauds and making people fool. Please take a complaint against them.
I request kent ro please provide me service.

I get a pathetic service from your RO customer service center and the technician named "Jitender" Mob: No: ([protected]). I made an RO service request call from "https://kent-ro.service-center.online/" via Mobil No given on this Site.
A lady name - "Jyoti Sharma" was on the line who arranged an appointment for Sunday Morning.
A technician came in the Afternoon at around 12:30 PM.

Technician Incident:
He asked me to change the membrane directly without even checking the TDS value of RO. Once I agreed to his wrong deed as being a consumer i was not aware of the adaptable TDS value range. Then I insisted him to check the TDS value as i read from google the Actual and adaptable TDS range value. It was found that value lies in the adaptable Range. Even then the technician was arguing and insisting on changing the Membrane filter, But I denied and asked him to replace the PreFilter only. He changed the PreFilter but after the operation waster started leaking out in a pressurised flow from the Filter. he opened the filter put around a tape layer on the internal rubber grip. At that point of time, the water leakage is not clearly visible. He charger Visiting Charges + PreFilter Charges (Rs 300 + Rs 350 = Rs 650 ).
After 30 minutes only when I checked, the water leakage was still present. I called up the Technician (Jitender) he responded in a very Rude Manner, Also have a recording of the same in the phone, and asked me to call again the Head Office(Jyoti Sharma).
Customer Care Executive Incident:
I called as per above suggested Jyoti asked me about what amount he has taken from and me and said will revert back to me in while. I again called her in about 1 hr later but again she asked only about the amount I gave, I asked her to connect me with some higher authority but she denied doing so in a rude manner (recording in phone saved), Then she put my number on Blacklist mode. Hope no need to explain how to check if someone has blacklisted your number or not. I made several calls again to Technician and Jyoti with different numbers but one by they kept on Blocking the numbers. Still, my RO Problem has not been resolved, I don't understand such behavior pathetic behavior of your team.

I assure you guys, Legal actions will be taken against you if my complaint is not resolved on priority and I demand clarification of such behavior from your team.

No revert and now they are not attending calls. I have taken 2 years AMC in 15000.
From last 2 weeks I am following up with these guys to resolve RO problem. Every time they say call after 12PM to get the technician and technician will surely visit. We are listening this from 2weeks and problem remain same.

Please help over here to take necessary action against them.

I took the amc with 6500/- which said as all part covered amc.
But when i start facing the issue, they are not service as per the promise made.
Now as the time when the filter need replacement and service, they are not even servicing the machine and giving excuse that the machine is working like this only, and filters not required any replacement, i took the second opinion from kent authenticated service, they are saying that there is a replacement required.
Completely disappointed and at zero, how to deal with such situation.

Our ro is not filtering tue water well as the taste is different n sour.. We are trying to complain for last 4 days, we took the insurance as some technician from apex asked us to do so. Now wen it's insured we are trying to complain for last 4 days. The people at the call centre say that tech will visit today, tomorrow bla bla bla.. The tech called and asked for the address but he is making fool out o[censored]s for last 4 days.. These are the services which apex ro provides!! Ro is not something which we can change on daily basis if it doesn't work. After spending money on insurance we are not getting anything..

They are cheaters. Its request to all no need to buy any services from them.

Unfortunately last sunday i logged complaint that ro is not working. A technician came and said because of electrical circuit this problems generate and i have to change filter and other parts also.
Total bill amount was rs. 6400/- and he asked me to buy amc cost would be rs.10000/-
I preferred to go for amc but he was not ready to reduce cost.

The moment he left my house white water pipe broken and till now i made 100 calls but unfortunately no one has turn up and response is our services are available till 6pm. When i asked them to give me right contact number reply is, "he is busy will talk to later".

Since i am a working lady and availability of person at home is possible only after 7pm. Shall i take leave of 7000/- for ro.
So my service cost is actually 17000/-
A simple person in this world can not spend his/her life simply because of this type of cheaters. They are sitting in market to make fool of simple persons. Its humble request to eurekaforbes please banned all such type of dealers if you wish to maintain your market growth.
From today morning i am fighting with them and still they are saying will not refund your amc amount and cant send the technician after 6pm.
Can any one in corporate original eureka forbes company can take strict action on this type of dealer. Can any one cancel their dealership.

This company has fraudulently been posing as kent ro service centre. They lied point blank and said 'yes' when i asked if it was a kent service centre instead of telling me that they are an independent service centre. They are not even an authorised service centre. They answer the phone saying 'this is kent ro service centre' which is clearly misleading to customers who are trying to to reach the actual kent customer care. They have posted paid ads under fake kent ro name and website on google so theirs is the first result. This is a tactic they use so customers think they have reached the actual kent ro customer care. APEX RO Service is a fraud service center company in 3/133, Lalita Park Laxminagar ([protected], [protected]), Their RO service guy came because I needed RO service. He forced me to buy AMC (annual maintenance plan) saying every 3 months the RO will be services automatically and engineer will come. No one came and I kept calling. Now because of no service the main Membrane in my Eureka Forbes RO died. They install fake membrane saying it is from eureka forbes. Now they are saying it will cost me money 2500 to replace the membrane. On top of that they are asking for service charges/maintenance charges even though it is part of AMC and it should be free. They are fooling a lot of customers

I took AMC of 8500 from APEX SERVICE CENTRE on 11th of March 2018 which was valid till 10th of March 2019. They promised for four services. Now wen one year is abt to complete and the last service was still pending they asked me to get AMC renewed nd do the service. Wen i replied that i will get it renewed later, they denied to send the technician for the last service. Nd insisted dt either i get it renewed or i will hv to pay for the last service. We have also been fooled by apex service center. The technician from apex, karan singh, insisted on taking an amc package of inr 6500 (Invoice no.8223), in jan 2018 with 4 mandatory visits. However, it was never serviced, even after phone calls.
When complained, the lady on the phone was rude and called us names (Not expected in modern day service industry). This is a fraud service center. Please do not get into their trap.

I called apex ro service centre for livpur ro yearly service. A technician guy came and change all the filters and charged 3900 rupess which includes 300 services charges. Just an hour after they went, ro started leaking from the back side of its body. It was around 4 pm. I called that guy and he told that he is coming. Around 5 pm i called him again then he was saying that he is on his way. Then i called to centre around 6:30 then they were telling me that they don't provide services after 6 and when i insisted, he told me call that technician guy if he can come who didn't picked my call and switched of his phone. Next day i called again to their centre then a lady replied technician are not available today and when i told her about the problem then she told me a technician will come by 5 in the evening. Around 5:30 i called her again and again she was telling me that technician is on his way. But no one came to repair that. These guys are total fraud and cheaters.

This company has charged me 4450 rupees for kent membrane and filter but they have given fake non-kent duplicate membrane. Even after charging so much the problem was not resolved. When i called back the service centre and the technician avoided my calls for days. When i call actual kent service centre they said that it's a duplicate membrane which is fitted in your ro. I have called them more than 100 times but they avoided the call and didn't pick up.
It would be great if you can take some action against them.

This company has charged me 6500 for amc on date 29/05/2018, but till now they haven't visited single day. They lied to us now there phone is switched off. And on another number i called up no one is picking up my calls first said he mentioned about by complaint he is it's a wrong number. Please take action against these fraudsters as they are just looting people. And please help us get our money back.
This company should be immediately closed so that they don't fool other people.

Our ro purifier is not working from last 1 week. It's service was done 1 year ago by same service center and now we are facing issues which the team does not seem to be cared about. This is the worst experience a customer could face. We have been filing the same issue over and over from last 1 week and we have not got any response from their end except of a complaint number.

Apex service centre at lalita park lakshmi nagar new delhi is a cheat and fraud company. My water purifier was not working properly. I got there number on net and they told that they are authorised service centre which was a lie. They send their technician on 13th nov 18. Rahul technician came. He told that aquaguard kit with membrane will change. We agreed and paid rs 3850 as a charge. But the very next day it stopped working and i loged a complaint on their service number. They told that technician will arrive next day but didn't came. I kept on calling them. At last one sandeep technician came in mid dec month and told that the previous technician has not worked properly and your ro doesn't need a membrane change, instead some other cartridge is required. He called up his manager mr. Prem and i told the whole cenario to him upon which he said that don't worry we will refund the extra amount and will correct our mistake.

Since then i have been calling them continuously and have been talking to mr. Prem, mr. Basu, mr. Vikrant and service care number but every time they gave me complaint numbers and didn't send their technician to repair my aquaguard. They keep on telling lies and today it's 18 jan 2019 they have told me that they will not be able to repair it and we cannot do anything, you can go to some other ro service centre. Such a unprofessional and drastic service from them. I asked them to refund my money and take their aquaguard kit, for that also they refused.

I request to everyone who got cheated by them to file a complaint and lodged a case against this pathetic company so that other innocent people don't get cheated by them.

I have submitted bike today morning and they called me evening that your bike service has been cleared please collect asap

Most of time it happened to me that the bike is not wash and not proper service seriously and not even it is providing average... I want my last service refund otherwise i want money against please call me if needed [protected]

This is complaint regarding how easily they are uses kent ro name for service center they are running their fraud proproganda in the name kent ro service all service employee say they are from kent ro.
After fraud with customer they are not bother to receive your phone by any means
Same story got to know they are taking 300 membrane price.
Their technican will force you take 6500 amc which is main motive took out customer money. Fool them by giving wrong pricing n faulty part.
Is this any solution stop them give them a big lesson.

Apex is a fraud company. Their person fitted wrong local membrane in my ro and it resulted in me, my wife and my son falling ill. Surprisingly, kent service continues to show this company on google as a result of which they continue to make fools out of people. We have filed an fir against apex and gave written to kent to revoke their contract for playing with lives of people. Please don't give any service to apex. This complaint is for apex service center, 3/133, lalita park, laxmi nagar, delhi. Summary is they are big cheater. When the technician came for the first time, he said this membrane is bad and he will replace with original kent parts and give future servicing and charged me rs 4500 for this. He then replaced the parts with kent membrane (Used old membrane, which i figured out later). After 10 days, my ro started troubling again and i called the apex person. When his service person came and inspected the ro, then he said this membrane is already consumed. Then we figured out that the membrane which was changed as new just 10 days ago was actually an old and used membrane taken off from from some other ro. Then the service guy said i am carrying some local company membrane and i will put this in the ro. I called and talked to his service center manager prem sharma (The biggest cheater), he committed that you can use this local membrane and he will get this replaced by a new original kent membrane in 2days... Firm commitment. Its been more than 2.5 months since then, but even after my tens of calls, those people never came back. At the end i am stuck with that local company product even after paying the price for the kent original product. Apex service center is a real big cheat and crooks company.

I had entered into amc with the company on 22nd july 2018 and paid full amount of rs 6100/ for one year amc of my ro vide their receipt no. 2018-19 / 1728/ dated[protected]. Despite repeated telephone calls and their false promise their technician did not visit to rectify the problem.

After having paid full amount for whole year, if the complaint is not attended, this amounts to fraud with the customer as well as deficiency of service. Due to urgency i am left with no option but to call eureka forbes and their technicians will have to be paid over and above amc amount already paid to apex service center. Let the readers beware of this fraud company. I demand refund of full amount of amc charges of rs 6100/ paid to them. Strict action be taken against the company for misleading customers.
