I took amc plan worth rs 10, 500 in april 2019 (Bill no 2838), when they claimed that they were from kent ro company.
When my wife called to kent ro, they told her that the policy doesnt belongs to them. You need to call amc provider, which impersonated us.
Amc is provided by "apex service center, 3/133, lalita park, laxmi nagar, delhi-110092."

Now my ro is leaking badly, and i have called multiple times to apex customer care since 30-oct-2019. My complaint no is r-301009.
For the last 4 days they are giving standard reply "aaj sham tak, nahi to kal subah tak apka ro thik ho jayega, pakka."
And i want to tell you that - na wo sham aa rahi h, no wo subah.
They are not even able to give name and no of service engineer, nor they have any road map for completing service request.
They even deny to let me communicate with their seniors.
Kindly solve my problem at the earliest, i am in severe distress due to no drinking water at home for last 4 days.
Kindly help me, i want to get full refund.

This is the fraud company. They had taken rs 6500 in the name of amc and even they had broken the moter during filter change and now they are not responding to the complain from last 15 days. They had given me the contact nos of their manager (+[protected] but he is never picking the call.

Biggest chor and fraud company. I request everyone not to take services from this chor company.

Our water purifier is not working. Local service person told that the membrane and filter for this is blocked. Since we have an amc for our water purifier for 2 years, i registered my complaint for the bad condition of water purifier 7 days back. I explained the entire details to the executive very clearly. The executive told me that the service person will come tomorrow. But he has not come till now. Then i called again today to check the status and the executive asked me all details again as if i was telling her the problem for the first time. She again said that the service person will come tomorrow. This is ridiculous.
What is the use of doing amc worth rs 10500 if the complaints are not resolved quickly. I am not even sure if it would be resolved or not. I doubt if these guys are fraudsters. Very bad, worst!

He sold us fraud compony membership and now he refuse to give service and when we call pure it they send executive and he said this is fraud

Tell me one thing when pure it compony executive came so how they sale another fraud compony amc plan and make fool to pure it customers

After so many calls apex service center peoples not responding

The apex service centre 1/11 lalita park laxmi nagar, new delhi. I always do a complaint after every 7 days their technician come and solve my problem but after every 3-4 days my ro didn't work. If i call them for complaint they didn't pick up the phone. If i want to contact them i have to call atleast 8 times and when they pick the phone they take a lot of time to register the complaint. And they take atleast 7 days to solve the problem. And that madam took the phone they talk with attitude. And if i say them i will do a complaint they says that whatever you want to do you can do

The Apex water service centre is fake service center who is cheating people by taking huge amount of money and never receive calls of their customer post taking money. I have paid them Rs 9000/- at once per service for which they told they will provide two years service but they never showed up. I made 100 Cal's to their customer care and Everytime they said they will send technician, no one came for service. They said complain has been raised and my query will be resolved soon and then stop receiving phone calls thereafter. They are fraud company looting people

My name is khushboo bhargava. We took an amc from apex in month of march and now our water purifier is not working and the concerned person is also not coming. They are saying we never took the amc from them. I have the receipt and bill details. This is fraud company. I want to recover my paid amount from them.

We have call in your call-center[protected] on sat and they have told us engineer will visit within 24 hour at your place but till now we have received no message no mail no call from you that why engineer is not visited.

This is when we have paid 5500 rs for 1 year services on[protected].

And we called today morning for update first disconnected our call and than no answer for our question and asked for time till 12 pm.

I paid a sum of rs.6000/- towards amc for the period from 11.04.2019 to 11.04.2020. On 14th aug we noticed some water leakage issue and informed them, even after 3+ days despite of making them 50+ calls they are not confirming about their technician visits. I read many complaints against apex online and atlast i got this replaced from original company i. E. Kent ro systems only who told me that apex service centre did these kind of frauds at many places. When we tried to contact apex service centre the female who answered the call spoke very rudely, unethically like a gundaraaaaaj when we ask for the resolution. I suppose kent ro systems must look into this matter and save people from these kind of fake companies who are just using fake parts and charging money from clients for which they are neither providing original parts nor providing any amc even after paying for the same.
Please do always check identity card of kent ro engineer and they are also providing sms code for verification. Must check before putting your head with these type of small minded fake, defaulter companies like apex service centre. Owner is just in the safe hands of his front end staff they will never confirm you the owner's identity. If you found any of the fake person from this company handover them to police directly by making a call to 100.

I have taken 2 years amc for my water purifier from apex service center and this was my biggest mistake as they are fraud.
I have been continuously following up with them for the past two weeks i. E. From 18 july 2019 onwards but till now by complaint is not resolved.
There is no senior and responsible person sitting there. The person sitting on the complained board is useless and more over very rude. The manager/ service in charge (Mr. Prem sharma and divesh) never pick up their phones.
Only girls are there just to receive the call but not to resolve or escalate the matter.
Besides this they are charging very high price for amc as compared to other good vendors. They have charged me rs.9000 for 2 years amc which is not worth it.
Neither they are returning my money nor they are providing amc services.
I request others not to get trapped with such fraud company.

Apex ro service fools u and when u google, this name comes first. When u call them they speak as kent ro service and even their executive wears kent logo shirt. He had given me amc of 6000 and replaced all good parts with faulty parts. Now when u call they do not respond. Their executive atul did fraud with us and now their manager prem also did not pick up calls. Finally when we called the kent team, we came to know that they have changed all original parts with duplicate ones and now my filter is not working and all parts needs to be changed worth rs 4700.

They have taken 6000 from me as amc and after the first visit they don’t even show up. Also posing at authorised kent service providers which they are not. The first time also i had just called for service in march and they forced me in getting the amc for 6000. They also mentioned every 3 months they will come and clean the water purifier. I have been calling them for 2 weeks now and no one is coming to provide the service at my place.

Please suggest how can we take action against such fraudulent companies in our country.

Also He have not installed Mineral cartage. He committed at the time of installation that he'll install it next day but he did't come.
i called him many times but he didn't respond. I called Apex Servies also many times but they also ignoring me. I am regularly calling Apex services but every time they say engineer is cumming in some time but they didn't come.I have paid full amount.

I am working at vodafone retail store delhi.. On the payroll of apex service and time period is 25-feb-2015 to 22-apr-2019.. I just get a 605 rupees on full and final amount and infact salary also deducted so i ask for clearification on fnf amount they did not agree to gives a answer. Just i am doing just reminder mails.

I have gone through so much harassment with this company as the staff they have employed are those typical rude abusive low standard people who are ready to fight in a very disgusting manner i[censored] ask them why don’t you send anyone for service or repair.. they say Hume aur kam bhi hai apko phone karne ke ilava.. ek baar Kiya tha 3 months back the number you gave is not available.. I said call right now.. and now the number was totally available.. these type of company will be dragged and sued

We called up Kent RO customer care no. and got our complaint registered . The next day this guy Wansh Mobile no. +91 [protected] came to our place and checked the system . Said that the filter needs change and better would be that we get the AMC so that we can get it changed conveniently after every 3 months. Also said that his most customers take advantage of AMC by getting their Filter changed frequently. We believed him and did not had any clue that he was from some other service provider company. He was so smartly trained on unethical dealing that he convined us to take 2 years AMC than 1 year( 1 year is 7000/- and 2 10000/-). Looking at simple mathemetics, I agreed for 2 years and paid up 10000/- and asked for bill. He then took our Apex Services bill book and said that Kent has outsourced their technical serives to them.We again believed him( reasons being that initially only we had called up Kent customer care no.).
Things were fine until we observed red alert in our RO that no minerals and water was alo bitter . So we called up Apex Services and to my surprise the girls or boys sitting over there had no courtesy and yet were rude . They litrally were so arrogant and said that they cannot send any one before 24 hours. I agreed . 24 hrs passed by and then came the harrassment time that they kept lingering before I raised voice and told that we shall report the matter of negligence in comsumer court.

The techincian finally appeared and started repairing . after 1 hr he was unble to rectify the issue and confirmed that FIlter needs to be replaced. he noted the same on card and assured to come the next day.

I waited for 2 days and called him up. no answer . Called up their centre and had to repeat the whole story again( shows they hardly keep any record of service compliant no.).

Me and my wife kept following them but no. answer. They gace a no. of Vijay Sharma who owns this agency .+91 [protected]. But he was hardly bothered to lift the phone.

The KENT RO real technician came and clarified us that they even charge Rs.4000/- for annual AMC then how come these guys could have over charged and latter no service

I would request the consumer forum and court to take strict action against every one associated with this FRAUD company.

Their servicemen cheat you to take their anc and once you enroll they never attend the calls or even talk to you properly. I am certain this company so called independent provider is fooling the customers. Last time they visited and charged me 6500 and have fitted duplicate material in the ro machine.
Strict actions are suggested towards this company.

They told me that ur kent ro alarm, membrane, filter, and motor is not working and if you will change then it will cost you around 4500..
And if you purchase our one year maintenance scheme of 6000 then all of your mechanical fault, service and we will replace your old motor, membrane and alarm with new one under this scheme.
But they did not change anything after i purchased there scheme.
There customer care executive not even pic the phone and place my ph.in blacklist.
No service, no maintenance, no answer,.
Just fraud company,

Apex ro service center is fraud 3/133 lalita pak, laxmi nagar, new delhi. They will ask you to take amc and never give you promised services mentioned in amc. Bill no -3186
If you will follow up yourself then first place there customer service will not pick your phone if somehow it get attended they will make a false commitment that technicians will visit today itself.
I have taken amc for rs 6500 in aug 18 till apr 2019 no service was given. Now i raised the service request 2 week back but no action was taken yet no servicing done.
I am continuously following up there team.
Please do not get trapped with this fraud company.in the name of amc they ate taking your hard earned money without any servicing.
