We have searched for eurekaforbes service centre on google the first or second number which have showed on our phone screen we called that number
And we said is it a eurekaforbes service centre they said yes
We told them that we need to install our water purifier and also need it's service if needed, they said they will send the technician
Then the technician called us his name was alok he asked for model name, we told him the same
When he came at our place in noida he said all four filters needed to be changed we said okay do it
Once he changed the filter and made the bill and we paid him the said amount, while leaving the house standing outside our home he said - your model is uv it might not work here because noida has more tds than delhi and quickly left the place before we realise that he cheated on us
When we realised we called the technician he didn't pick our call then we called the service centre they said they are sorry on his behalf and will send a senior technician, so we said okay
After 2-3 days we called them again they again said they will send the technician asap
Then we googled again and called on different number then they said apex service centre is not authorized service centre
Then we called apex and asked them then they said they are independent service centre
Technician didn't visited till now

Yesterday i called apex they said they said their technician mr gaurav will visit us and gave me his number and i called him then he said he will visit today, he called me today at 10: 30 and asked for my bill number i gave him that he said he will visit soon, when i called him around 1 he said that his office (Apex service centre 3/133, lalita park, laxmi nagar, delhi - 92) told him not to visit us.
I was shocked to know this and almost abused this company.
Then i called their landline ms deeksha picked up the phone and said today their technician will visit us for sure
But when i asked for owners detail she refused to gave me that.

This company has charged me 6500 for kent membrane and pump but they have given fake non-kent membrane. Even after charging so much the problem was not resolved. When I called back the service centre and they are giving me false commitment. . The amount included AMC charges also, but whenever I call, I am never responded positively.
Delhi Authorities must look into the matter and take strict actions against such fraud companies in the benefit of society at large.

Description: even after 3 days these guys are not responding to issue and no one visited for repair and whenever called them either they don't pick call or they talk in very bad way. They do not provide any timeline till when issue will be rectified. On 1st day they mentioned that they will visit within 24 hrs, but while doing amc they mentioned that they will visit asap (Even within 1 hr) as they have service agents every where in ncr.
Resolution: i do not want to continue amc with them, want my money back.

I registered a service request on 22nd sep, 2018 on aosmith customer care number as scpa and ro indicator went red. Someone called harendra from apex service center came and installed a local/duplicate filter/membrane and charged rs.4300 (Attached). The receipt bears name of apex and aosmith is not mentioned anywhere. Very next day scpa and ro indicator went red again.

Now aosmith customer care are saying that they have sent no-one yet and they don't recognize apex as their authorized service partner.

I called apex multiple times. They kept procastinating that another technician will come next day but noone came and now they are not picking up phone.

A complaint has been raised in consumer forum with complaint id - 933370.
Please be aware of apex service center. They are a fraud and mimicking as authorized service partner of reputed brands while they are just a bunch of conmen with lots of cheap duplicate filters and other spares with them.

Never call any person from such type of service center. They r fraudy. So always call to ur genuine service provider. Just want to say don't call anyone online. Go for branded service provider.

Service man came and i paid him 3200 rs. Next day when ro was not working properly i made many calls but these stupid people's of stupid company not came after many complaints

APEX is such a ### fraudulent company which is making fool of people...guyz please post ur no. Here on this wall so that together the action can be taken against this company with their employees too. there is p no. Shown online with name of zero B RO service when you Google...[protected] they are involved in their fraud, never call up this no.

This company is fraud.They pretend to be Kent Ro service provider.but they are not. Jyoti(attendant), Saurabh and Rahul(technician) Akshay(rude manager), Rajeev (the chameleon Boss) .All run this company Apex which provides bad services but fakes as if its Kent ROs Service center..aks us to take 1 year warranty period for 6000..even when u pay the quality of water water won't b good.
I filed a police complaint with audio recording proof but nothing worked as police was more interested in reaching a mutual understanding instead of going for company owner.at the end i could get only assurance that they will give me nice services.i returned home as a looser to this company.While this company is still going on its way to loot people.

I called Apex Service Center for technician to Installation and service of my Kent RO on 05.08.2018. Next day Mr. Ajay bearing Mobile No. [protected] visited at my house to installation and service, he told me that their firm is authorized by Kent Company and after service I took AMC Vide Bill No 2969 dated 06.08.2018 against Rs. 6000/- from him . After his visit, I found that RO was not working. Then, I again called Mr. Ajay and told him that in RO Sensor is blinking with Red Light and also called their customer care. After 3 regular visits by Technician Mr. Baljit bearing Mobile No. [protected], my RO is still not working. This is very shameful to the Service Center that they have unskilled, unefficient technicians. When i talked in Kent RO Company and asked about that what their company has authorised Apex Service Center for service of their products. They have replied that their company has not been authorised Apex Service Center for installation and service about their products. Now, I understand that I was cheated by the technician of the Apex Service Center. I want to know that the service center can solved my grievances. If they cannot provide me relief then anyone can suggest what will be remedy of my problem. I also think to go in Consumer Court against the service center, if they do not provide me relief or refund of amount of Rs. 6000/- as they have cheated me and not done service properly.

These guys are total fraud. They have cheated me too.in the name of amc they have taken a hefty amount of 6600 rs. I called up kent ro to get the amc done but it looks like i have called wrong set of people. They came in disguise of kent people and have totally cheated us. I am going to launch fir against them, please join me if some one would like to

I have also become target of this company. They claimed to be kent ro service centre. They charged 4000/- and changed membrane and filters, which was duplicate in the name of kent due to this water quality was poor. They accepted that they put duplicate membrane, whenever i call, i am never responded positively. This company is making fool of people in delhi and around it. Delhi police should take this company seriously and take strict action against this.

They are fraud never ever give your money to them. They charged me 7500rs and used old parts saying they are replacing with new. Once they take money they hardly pick their phone from that number.

This company posed as kent. Bt they are fraud they did install local membrane and when i did complain they started fighting with me over the phone. And they never showed up.they charged 4800 for fake products and service.there have been too many complaints against this company ut should be shut down. Fraud company apex service. I have been charged INR 6500 for AMC package for kent RO annual maintenance. When I complained for the RO not working properly, the Service centre has given me time for sending the Technician. But no technician has come for providing the services. This happened for consecutive four days when everyday I have been given time by Ms Anjali for sending the technician and no one comes to provide the Annual maintenance. I have all the recordings for my complaint no. and time alloted for services by the Apex company.Previously the company technician attended for servicing but they don't have technical know-how as after providing service the RO again gets problem within 2~3 days.
The company is a big fraud who is not providing the services after taking the money which is breach of law as per civil rights.
Please take legal action and shut down the company asap.

I have become target of apex service centre, fake company in the name of kent ro company. They claimed to be kent ro service centre. He is very confident that no law or police can punish him for this cheating, as everyday these kinds of cheating are prevalent and citizens like me are becoming their target, with plead to delhi police to punish them.

We found the contact of this service centre while searching online for a service centre for kent ro. Our regular service guy was not available so we called apex
There was problem in ro due to which it did not start. The guy from apex replaced all the parts including membrane, sediment, and carbon which costed at rs3800 including service charges.
The ro stopped working again after few days. So i called them to come over and repair it again. I talked and followed up frequently with a guy named sandeep. But even after calling them for 3-4 days, nobody showed up.
Thankfully our regular service guy was available. We called him and was shocked at the bill. He told us that there was no need to replace all the parts as he had installed a pre-filter on the ro to protect membrane and other parts.
He took rs300 including service charges and repaired the ro.

Apex overcharged us and replaced all the parts if when it was not required.
They are not available and work at their own convenience.

This company has fraudulently been posing as kent ro service centre. They lied point blank and said 'yes' when i asked if it was a kent service centre instead of telling me that they are an independent service centre. They are not even an authorised service centre.They answer the phone saying 'this is kent ro service centre' which is clearly misleading to customers who are trying to to reach the actual kent customer care. They have posted paid ads under fake kent ro name and website on google so theirs is the first result. This is a tactic they use so customers think they have reached the actual kent ro customer care. And take action against this Fraud company.

The apex service centre 1/11 lalita park laxmi nagar, new delhi is ia fraud co. They have incapable technicians who install faulty products and run away with customer 's money. Their team is a bunch of liars who do not pay attention to customer's complaint and keep on procrastinating the matter.
This company should be delisted and strict action should be taken against them and their entire staff.

The apex service centre 1/11 lalita park laxmi nagar, new delhi is ia fraud co. They have taken annul maintenance fee of rs. 5000/= (8335) posing as if they are from the kent co.. Mr akshay rana is their general manager and ms simran, service incharge. When i asked them why they lied about being co. Service provider, they told me that there will provide every amc properly/efficiently. Now, i found they usually take 5 to 6 days in attending the complained and their engineer are alos not so efficient. The person sitting on the complained board is not-cooperative and more over very rude. The manager and service incharge never pick up their phone. If by chance they pickup the phone, they are little helpful. I request others not to get trapped with such fraud company.

Apex service centre person kuldip thakur visited to check issue of revaiva aquagaurd machin. He changed filter and motor and charged 6000/-
Machine started working for small time and bahut down till now (For last 6 days)
They are just talking on phone but not coming.. Aquagaurd person also visited but they didn't solved it
