Aquaguard — Poor service and no reponse

I had purchased the water purifier of make Dr Aquaguard of Model Magna in the month of Dec 2015, in the span of four months there was four breakdown. I had requested M/s Aquaguard to replace the equipment since it is giving very frequent problem and it is under warranty period. Also I had requested through emails but no response.

Even the service technician says that this is failure model it always gives complaint

There fore I request to take the action on Aquaguard for not taking propoer action
