I am writing to express my frustration regarding an unresolved issue with my Aquaguard water purifier’s motherboard, which is still under warranty. I raised this concern on June 9, 2025 (Service Request/Complaint ID: CM[protected], and despite multiple follow-ups with customer service team, the issue remains unresolved after more than three weeks.
The service team has been unresponsive and has not provided any meaningful assistance or timeline for resolution. This delay is causing significant inconvenience, as the purifier is non-functional. Given that the product is under warranty, I expected prompt and efficient service, which has not been delivered.
I kindly request your immediate intervention to:
1. Expedite the repair or replacement of the motherboard.
2. Provide a clear timeline for resolution.
3. Assign a dedicated point of contact to handle this matter.
Please treat this as urgent and confirm receipt of this email. I hope for a swift resolution to restore my confidence in your brand.
