In year 2007 invested on project mandawar for a proposed house construction, i registered by paying a sum of rupees 25, 000 by cheque.
After conformation. I got reg no. Rest of the money was paid in instalments
Which we paid sincerely.in 2008 dec when we visited the site we came to know that the land is disputed, and their was no construction.
We ask the company to refund our hard earn money they did not returned our money till today. We urge to return our hard earn amount kindly.

I bought a plot in shapura in 26 02.2010.
I tried so many times to contact arun dev builders office but no reply from other side
Pl help me to find out the solution. I want my plot back. I have invested so much my money in this project i have all proof of my purchase l paid through cheques of punjab national bank.in papers mr. Rajeshwar parsed sharma sold me that plot. Thank you. Waiting for your positive feedback.

I have booked plot in
Jasana, faridabad, haryana 121006 in 2011 but till now didn't get plot. There is no any response get from your side. I paid rs.80, 000 for this plot. Please respond immediately. Refund my money back otherwise i will take a strong action against you. I will take any legal action against you so i request you please refund my money i don't need you stupid plot. Take you stupid plot and refund my money i earn this money with many hard work not like you who just cheat with innocent people and cheat with there trust.. My name is rajen chandra das. Reg no 60389. The builder proposed a project for flat named "dev city bhiwadi" and accordingly i had also booked for a flat in 2007. Total amount paid rs 2.37 lace on demand of various occasions like reg amt, preferenclal amt, at the time of allotment and monthly installment for cost of the flat. They never made construction other than a sample flat till date. They confirmed that there will not be any construction and accordingly they ask to apply for refund of amt which i have paid. I applied for refund in 2009 but till date not a single rupee paid back to me. Can anyone help in this regard to get back my money. I don't understand how they can live in the capital of india after doing so big fraud.

I booked one plot in Haridwar near Roorke through their office in CR park, New Delhi in July 2006.They showed me project progress and work done on laptop, as I believed it may be true, I paid more 50% of amount in advance on booking through cheque. They promised to deliver all the concern paper within a week.I received partially amount paid receipt but no agreement deal and balance of money receipt till date. whenever I called him, he makes...

I bought plots of 200sqyd in the year 2008. However i am still waiting for possession though they promised to give possession in 2009. When i called them for the dates of possession, they keep deffering it. They are not even refunding the amount.

I request you to please look into this and provide your assistance, as there are lot many people whose money is stuck with the fraud promises of arun dev.

Booked a 100 sq yds plot in arun dev builder haridwar utranchal project 30/6/2006. I have paid 296300 @ 90 % payment as per their demand through cheque till 29/01/2011. My registration no with builder was 4775. And alotted
Plot no c-291. After this builder is not responding & even not picking phone.
I want my refund. The builder project code is hrd-p[protected]....

We booked plot arundev builder's dehradun project in may/2007.
But company not start the project in dheradun then we cancelled the plot at 01/08/2014.
Company give us time again & again but company not given payment till date apl, 2018.
No body meet in there office.
What we do. Any suggestions

If company not given payment early, then
I will take legal action early.

I am neeraj bhatt, s/o sh. C. M bhatt from noida, i haved booked 2 flat with registration # 31213 and 31276 date 20.05.07

We have paid regular payment till 2013, later arun dev builders told that project of mandawar (On national highway-73), will not been continued, due to some unavoidable circumstances,

So they have offered me cottage 116 sq. Yrds, at haridwar - rurkee road project with p. B. N. K developers pvt. Ltd.

After that they have collected money from us and assured that soon cottage will allot to us.

After some time they have sent allotment letter and allotted cottage no. A11 - 116

When i have visited the location, then found that their was no development at that place.

After that i have complaint with them for it and asked for the cottage, for which they have not given any satisfactory revert.

Now their is no correspondence from pbnk developers pvt. Ltd.

I have all proper document with me

I have booked a flat in bhiwandi in 2007, after waiting couple of years builder contacted me that flat is ready come to office for pending payment. Before going to the office we went to see the construction. Nothing was their. So we called the builder and he mentioned that they will provide us flat some where us.
After waiting for 7-8 years we told them we dont want to continue and would like to withdraw. They required to deposit all the payment receipts with all paper and then they will refund the amount paid with some deductions.

Till date we havent received any thing, every time we go the office they have altogether a different reasons for non payment. So we stopped month payments to them.

Can anyone help us to get us hard earned money back or guide us

Arun dev builders started there project from haridwar where they sold plots to customers without having an inch of land in the name of the company. Then subsequently they launched flats in bhagwan pur area, where they never even got into the agreement with the farmers. Then they launched another project in bhivadi where they sold over 500 bighas of land to over 8000 customers with the company only purchasing 9 bhighas of land. Later in the year 2015 they again fooled there customers by getting there registry of plots in bhivadi for the land which has not been converted and as of today they have aken money from over 400 customers in bhivadi project and given them agriculture piece of plots which can never be converted. And above all they are getting the registry for just a share of land in form of plots measuring 100, 200 sq yards thus resulting none of the registry holder will ever get the possesion of that piece of agriculture land as there are other farmers also who hold a share in that khasra thus until and unless the company buys all the share or gets the division from other share holders. And the company is collecting service tax from all the customers for the registry of plots without even the company even having the service tax number. The company has transfered huge piece of land to customers in dhaiyaki, uttranchal but actually that land is mortgaged to punjab and sind bank. All the registry done in haridwar are also not valid as that land is also not converted and they have done 4 times the registry of the land owned by individuals who are holding land in the river bed. Now to add alll to our woes the md is enjoying by launching new company in the name of jamuna infrastructre ltd and launched a new project in kosi, up and having a lavish office at 5 scindia house, cp and put up a board of paras jain productions pvt ltd whose directors are nina bhardwaj and naresh kaushik (Brother in law). There are more list of cheating procedures if anyone want to know anything further please mail about the specific project as i have lost hope that this company will ever pay money to me but i am putting all my energy to bring to notice to all the customers numbering over 150000 in total from all the projects done by company.

My name is arvinder singh and i have booked on flat in shahpura with arun dev builders ltd.in[protected] and paid them rs -71, 000/- till[protected] and trying to contact them for update on my flat delivery status but now is 2018 and no one even contactable at their office.

Their website is working and showing my project is completed but i have not received any kind of information about the same.

Can anybody guide me what should i do.

I have deposit rs 2lac against receipt no ade-hrd/35394//2/1163 dated 3, 10 march 2008 as advanced for booking of flat in haridwar. They assured us to make the delivery within 2years. But till date neither they started construction nor refund the amount given as advanced. After having given so many reminders and phone calls they don't have any positive reply. It is therefore requested to take the needful action so that i can get my hard earnings back to educate my daughter who is pursuing her medical college.

I purchased a plot in jasna village, faridabad, haryana from arun dev builders in year 2011. Registry of my plot was done in the year 2012, however, it is now 2017 and i am yet to get physical possession of my plot. Every time they have new story to tell. Neither they are ready to return my money. Now, they are advising me to shift to their roorkee project. There are number of customers like me. All are harassed. At least ten of them are known to me. Someone to help and suggest means to get out of this mess.

I, mahesh kr yadav also booked a flat regd no 62975 in 2008. He did give flat after 3years. When i contact in okhala office he promise summit origional document i will refund the amount within 6 month. So i summit the same document but not refund the amount till now. I contact him many time but not give suitable reply. Pl do the needful.
