I, mahesh kr yadav also booked a flat regd no 62975 in 2008. He did give flat after 3years. When i contact in okhala office he promise summit origional document i will refund the amount within 6 month. So i summit the same document but not refund the amount till now. I contact him many time but not give suitable reply. Pl do the needful.

In bhiwadi project (24 aug.2007). They promissed to give possession in 2009 but when i visted over the site, found no any satisfactory construction work. Than we have visit in company office, demand for refund of my money, we have handover the receipt copy with latter, after that many time call to arundev office but till date we have no received any refund, kindly look in to this matter,,,

Please do the needful.

Dear Sir,

I, Shivani Katiyar, booked flat in Arun Dev Builder for Bhiwadi project on 11.12.2008
Till now I paid much amount to them, however I have not received possession of flat. Also they made arrangements for Bhiwadi project visit in year 2009.after that no reply from them. We visited their CR park office and Okhla office several times but no results.

Can u guide us the way, how to get refund from them?

I had booked a 200 sq yds. Plot at shahpura project & had paid 50% cost. The co is not tracable and nothing is available at project site. Need help to trace the builders so that either i get the paid money or the piece of land. I had tried to find about the builders where about but failed. I may be informed of the contact help desk to proceed legally, if required.

We were forced to invest in property in Dev City Bhiwadi by Agents who were selling property for Arun Dev Builders. After the payment of Rs. 1Lac to the company we were misinterpreted with the availability of land, proper agreements and as time kept passing by we were mislead by fraud promises regarding change of land and building.
After being deceive by almost 4 years in, 2012 i have decided to pay a visit to Arun dev Builders Bhiwadi project myself without intimation to any of the authority and i was shocked to see that 5 years had been passed and not even a single work has been conducted as of yet except for selling fake, promises, committing fraud and illegal work. I decided to withdraw the money i have given at the time of booking wide Cheque from State bank. Attached herewith The cancellation form which was filled by me and duly signed and stamped by Arun Dev Builders wherein they have admitted that they will pay me back my money in installments which will begin after six months and within next 6 months i will be paid back from the date 02/02/2012. After six months i have contacted there office and i was mislead that in few time or other i would be paid. I have regularly mailed them but most of them bounce back. Its been more than 5 years from the time of there promise and i have not received even a single penny.
Kindly do the needful from your end whatever is possible to make sure that we can put the man behind arun dev builders to get money if possible otherwise put him behind bars.

I am a single parent i am a female i wana inform that i invested rs60, 000 n after 1 year of investing this money i came to know that it was a scam n after 7 year i did not got a single penny back that was my almost all the money at that time . So pls help me to get that money back as u people know that arun dev is arrested still the govt did not paid the money back so what should think that this all money is scam by arun dev or govt after arresting him . So pls if we work as a unit we will succsed .

Agarwal R/o D-74 Shastrinagar Meerut (UP) has booked a plot in your Arun Dev City Haridwar (U.A), you have allotted polt bearing Block B, Unit No- 178 measuring 200 sq/yards and for the same we have deposited 3, 40, 000.00 (Three Lack Forty Thousand only) in your company account in the form of D.D / Cheque etc as per demanded by you time to time. You have promised the give physical handover / possession of the plot to us with in one year from the deposit of initial amount, but now its year 2016 still you have not given us the possession of the same and using our money continuously. Now we wanted to know what is the current status of our plot / property / project, how will you give possession of this plot / property / project, as we want possession of our our plot / property / project with in 15 days from the receipt of this letter otherwise return all our amount with 24% interest from the date of booking of plot in your project.

We booked 100sq yds. plot in Dev City Bhiwadi project in 2008 in the name of my mother and made a payment to them amounting to Rs 3, 00, 000/- according to the installment plan laid down but we stopped as the promise for giving possession within 36 month not fulfilled. We continued our payments till 2014. Keeping faith on their performance and even during their economic situation in between, we didn't applied for any refunds however we were looking for their township positively till 2013. We have called them numerous times on different numbers for either shift us to their other projects or advice for refunds if Bhiwadi is not finishing. At-last we were decided to part from the project and apply for refund.
Now we are chasing every 4th day with their staff about the status. This builders is befooling the customers from the way back to 2007 about his DEV CITY BHIWADI Project where they claiming to build residential apartments and plots. But till date they have not made a single flat there, In fact they have not got approval for the project

Dear sir

This is to bring into your kind attention that i purchased two plots (No. 547 & 568) of 100 yards each in kaboolpur khadar patti parvarish, tehsil faridabad in july 2011. I paid an amount of rs. 700000/- as full and final payment for these two plots. A registry deed no. 3608 also made on[protected] for this deal in sub-registrar office faridabad.

Now even after a span of 5 years, the possession of these two plots is not yet given to me as there is some dispute between arundev buildtech and the land owner.

Due to this reason, i request you to kindly help me getting my money back from arundev buildtech.

Dear sir,

I, jagdish ram s/o shri prem ram r/o 19 nwa, club road, punjabi bagh, new delhi have applied for flat vide application/ registration number 62414 dated 30th january 2009 with arun dev builders limited with their above mentioned registered office.

The company fails to keep its commitment as per original plan. I would like to highlight the mental anguish and harassment i have been going through for more than 2 years.

I decided to withdraw my money and put the application for withdrawal in the month of may, 2014. I have been given payment as per the details mentioned below of rs 1, 33, 500/- (Rupees one lac thirty three thousand five hundred only):

I have spent many hours and useless visits and every time i have been given a false date and commitment for issuance for refund.

I am again into that loop with follow up with the fraud company mentioned above but now there is no contact person available to contact. I have contacted earlier with their accounts department mr. Malik and i have been given an option to get a land in bhiwadi but again i will suffer if i agreed with their conditions. I had also openly threatened to go to the court and wait for another 6 months to 12 months but all are vain, now i shall go to the court for my money back with the 9% interest (Per annum) as per the contract effective from date of submission of application with the submitted amount of rs 1, 33, 500/-.

Please accept my complaint and request for immediate action against mr. Manoj bhardwaj (Managing director), mrs. Nina bhardwaj (Director), mr. Ravi kumar sharma (Director) and mr. Devendra kumar (Director).

I am also putting case u/s 420 indian penal code 1860 and u/s 138 under negotiable instruments act, 1881.

The copy of my application of registration, accepted application of withdrawal and various receipts of submitted payment which are mentioned above.

Hallo everyone,

I want to make it public that i had booked a unit/flat in shahpura (Raj.) project of aun dev builders pvt. Ltd.In the name of my daughter, namely, smt. Rekha yadav w/o shri ajay yadav. But after knowing the fact that the project is not going on, i had requested the firm on 12/5/2011 to refund the money (Total rs. 1, 23, 000/-) paid by me out of my pension, the only source of my income. All the payments were made through cheques.

Though i had submitted all the original receipts of payments made by me alongwith my application and other documents as per their demand, i still have a few original documents with me. I was assured for the refund within a few months, but despite repeated requests on phones, visits and other means i have not received even a single rupee from the firm. During this period, i also had a tough time, but the people of the company always made false promises to me and the matter is still pending with them.

Inspite of making refund to me, the firm has also tried to convince me to continue for investing with them in their bhiwadi project. But as we have already lost the faith on them, i didn, t go for that.

As the owner of the firm has been arrested, i hope that my hard earned money will be refunded to me soon...

They have not only cheated us, but also had put us in mental agony. That's why i am now going to lodge a complaint against the firm/owner in this regard and need public & police support... Please help me...

I have bought a plot in shahpur near jaipur through arun dev builders few years back, i have paid even for registration of that land on 20.07.2015 but till day there is no registration and they dont respond anything, there is no refund, i have paid 2.25 lack to purchase that land, now i am going to launch A complaint of fraud against arun dev builtech. i visited their office many time but that was waste of my time. My father Sri Bali Ram Oberoi invested in Shahpura Porject and Arun Dev Builders allotted a unit as well. Flat No. A-46, 3rd Floor allotted in Arun Dev City Shahpura Project with registration no.17017 to my father Bali Ram Oberoi on 19/09/2010 as per allotted letter(copy enclosed). An initial amount of Rs(1, 13, 000/-) was deposited in 5 installment. I have all valid documents and receipts in hard copy. Now I Parveen Kumar as a nominee of this unit. My father had passed away last year. I have sent a notice by speed post ref no. ED[protected]IN on 16-Oct-2015. Friends, I came to know that Mr Manoj Bharadwaj has been arrested once. Is he out now ? I ad booked 5 plots in one go ( With my relative and Friends) in bhiwadi but there is no work done at all. If somebody related to Arundev Builder is confirming or requesting for some more time, dont beleive him as he is nothing but Bahde ka Tattu. Hi Sir, We booked a flat with Arun Dev builders in the year 2008, and were paying installments but then after 3 years did not see any work going on the construction site. We got a notification from the builders that they are not building flats anymore and will be giving plots instead. We refused to that and asked for refund in 2012 ans since then thay have been saying that they will refund after 3 months. We have been contacting them again and again but there is no response from them and we have not got refund till date. Now they are even refusing to refund any amount which we paid and they are saying that we only have the option to take plot or take flat at any other location. We had paid Rs. 74000 as instalments till 2010 and stopped payment after seeing no work going on at the location. Can you please look into this matter as this money has been stuck for more then 5 years and we are not even getting any interest on that.
