      Hi Team, Last week i have raised one Complaint on Askmebazzar ..reg:- purchase of sunglass with watch.I received reply from consumer complaints but till now i didn't receive any reply from Askmebazzar. I need my money, what the hell they are doing with my money for about 2 months.This is not good. this is first time i get more strain from Online shopping. Please give the support to get my money back.

        I have ordered a Ear phone Order No.:AB3710454 on 23rd of june & paid by netbank. after 10 days, called Customer care[protected] & got reply product will be delivered in a week, when i called today, the shocking reply that they are unbale to locate address and product is returned and money return process will take 10days. now i want my product.
        Ask Me Bazaar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        ASKME BAZZAR is worst online site i have ever experienced. Their intention is to collect money and get lot of intrest by investing and keep waiting for product. And after long waiting, we will get surprise answer from their support team that they are unable to locate your address and product is returned. Just think guys, by this time, most of have lost 15-20days. by this collected money for nearly a month, they will earn extra income by investing our money somewhere else...

        ASKME BAZAAR is a cheating & fraudulent site. rest is left to you.

          I have order a power bank of Sony 10000mAh on 6th, May. But they delivered Xiaomi MI 10400mAh, and that too fake product. I have charged the power-bank fully, but it not even charged my mobile 10% instead the power-bank now shows as fully discharged. Order ID: AB2742771 From: My Limo Trading. Ordered on : May 6th, 2015. I have already raised a complaint but there was no response. Hence I am submitting complaint once again. I want either the genuine power bank (Sony or Xiaomi) or refund my amount. I have also attached the screen-shot of the delivery package.

            I purchased two power banks as above in two orders, but both were damaged / defective. I made hundreds of tele calls but in vain. Than i lodged a complaint on mouth shut.com, and one day i received a phone call from ask me.com that they are deputing a person for lifting the item. But when the man came he said that he has to lift only one piece covered under complaint id ab2538999 and lifted the same on 04. 06. 2015. But after that i did not hear a single word from them neither for lifted item nor for second order. I have no option now left but to file a civil suit against the co. It is a fact that the online trading co. Is dealing with fraudulently behavior.

              Dear Sir, This is 3rd time i have order the product from askmebazaar and without receiving any call from your end or courier person it has been rejected.. even though i call continues to your customer care person. this is a bad service that we didnt receive any help from you.. and again and again ordering the product the get rejected biggest disappointment.. I hope you will take this action high priority..

                My self B. Sunil Kumar, I have placed order on 10 July 2015, No. AB3888623. After placing order I found option for payment, I made payment through Union Bank of India. After making payment site got hanged and not received any confirmation for payment made but amount deducted from my bank account. Delivery person came with product 13 July 2015 and charged 450 Rs as order placed COD, I paid the amount. Courier person told online money will directly credit to your account and he took 450 Rs. No one is turning up/ illogical justification for refund of my money. When I called back on [protected] there was no proper update and there is no update for my emails which was sent on 05 July.                   Dear Sir, I purchaged a MI Power bank from ask me bazaar. This product/order number is AB3845863. I received this product but product is not working condition. After that I complain in ask me bazaar then they given a complain number QRC34030105. I complained 15-20 times and every time customer care executive every time response the call back arrange with in 2-3 days and money back with in 7 days. But I have not received any call back and return money from ask me bazaar. I want to short out this issues. So please solve this issues as soon as possible.

Delivery person came with product 8 july and charged 260 Rs as order placed COD, I paid the amount. Courier person told online mondy will directly credit to your account and he took 260 rs.                         I had ordered a gift item from ask me bazaar vide order number AB3908396 and had made online payment . However when the courier person came he insisted for COD saying it has been marked as COD I called up customer care and they confirmed the payment but say that due to technical glitch, it is showing COD. They also refused to interact with courier boy to deliver the product and insist that we make up front payment and later the issue will be sorted out. How embarrassing situation this is, that a gift item cash needs to be paid by someone to whom it is intended. Totally frustrated with this attitude of this fraud online portal and never ever will i transact with them again.

                          I ordered 3 mobiles with order no.NDD4013434 on 10 July and paid Rs.6736 via HDFC netbanking and payment is deducted from my bank account. Few hrs later I called customer care with number [protected] and talked with agent named Nitish. He first said I ordered on COD option when I said I paid through netbanking he said payment will be updated in 1-2 hrs what a silly reason. I never heard any ecommerce website says payment will be updated in few hrs. Later they cancelled my order without my permission. I again called and talked with Agent named Mahesh. He said I cancelled my order myself. I demanded refund of my Rs.6736 and to my surprise agent has no idea about this and he said I ordered on COD payment option. I lost my temper and said I want to talk to senior person there and he said nobody available. He lodged a complaint and said their so called backend team will contact me in 24 hrs. I really don't trust this fraud website. I want my money back to my bank account as soon as possible and I demand this fake and fraud website to be off business. I will be launching a FIR and court case against them soon if I don't receive my refund back.

                                I ordered an laptop bag on 18.06.15 with order number ab3643569 and my estimated delivery date is 28.06.15.But till date i did not received my product. I complained the same on [protected], but no action has been taken till date. This is very bad experience and will not be tolerated.
                                I think ranbeer kapoor should rethink about promoting "ask me".

                                    I had ordered a sony power bank 10000 mAh worth Rs 749 on MAY, 18, 2015.Instead of it I received a fake Samsung power bank.I have complained about it on the day of the delivery.The authorities had promised me to refund the money within 10 working days.They even had contacted me via text and calls.Almost everyday I am having a word with them over the phone.My order number is DGA 3060941.It has almost been 2 months and still I did not get my money refunded.Every day I am calling the authorities and then are promising me to take actions but no actions have been taken.If my problem is not solved in 15 days I will take strict actions.I will file a complain in the consumer's court and all the expenses has to be taken by you.

                                      I had oredered assorted coloured headphones 315546 for Rs 649. To my surprise I received Wrist watches in tha sealed parcel. I paid 649 to the delivery boy. I requested to the company pH.no.[protected] to delver the right product to me which was refused saying that company has no policy of replacement of product.
