I have ordered a pair of curtains but they send me only one curtains of the pair and despite of repeated follow up they are not ready to send me the other of the pair. And is thus cheating the customer. I need my stuff which i have ordered.

      I Shiv Kant Pandey, ordered F&D 5500U Speakers form the askmebaazar.com with order no AB3925414 on 5th July 15. On not receiving any further dispatch details i called on [protected] on 8th July and asked the status i was informed that your order is cancelled. To reconfirm the same i emailed them and also called in the evening again that time the rep informed that ur order has been cancelled today at 1600 hr. On non receipt on any written intimation of cancellation neither by email nor on mobile i called again and this time they r telling that ur order was cancelled on 6th July itself. now i m not able be believe on them at all. I request you kindly investigate the authenticity of askmebazaaar and to tell them to refund my payment

          Dear Team I would like to register my complaint due to your company's poor service . I booked an order of handbag on 3rd July, 2015, Order No- AB3892237, the courier boy called me yesterday to deliver my order, i asked him to he should call me before an hour of delivery as no one in house between 9am to 7pm, so, gave him my office address to deliver. He told me that he will deliver it by tomorrow. Now, today agaian courier boy went to my house address, if called after reaching my home, i asked him that i had already changed the address of deliver yeasterday, but he said that he didn't know as his collegue didn't told him. Then i gave him my office address, he told me that he will deliver it by 2 or 2:30 pm today. Around 2;30 pm i got a call from him named "Sandeep" that he could not be able to deliver the courier as there is so much raining in that area, asked me to collect from his home as he is going to his home. I requested him to please deliver the courier to my office till 6pm. but he said he can't come. He said in a rough tone that if you want to receive the courier then come to sector-47 before 5pm, as after that he has to deliver other couriers also. Now my husband had collected the same from him from his home. Please tell me this kind of service you are providing to your cystomers? Your delivery guys are so reluctant, careless who are not willing to deliver the parcel. To deliver the courier is your duty, not ours. I have also order many things from other online shopping websites, but this kind of behaviour i have never faced. Now, i am not going to buy anything from your site as we don't want to get harrassed. Thank you so much for your service.

                dear buyers, i m just requesting you all dont purchase any product from ask me bazaar. reason. order no-AB3339956 i think most of the products are duplicate or used . actually ON 3 JUNE 2015, i ordered a samsung powerbank 2600 mh but i received broken piece.i was busy on that day for my official work and call customer care after 2 days. i cant share this because they said about stupid policy & NO RETURN. they are sending 10-15 sms per day which you will get disturb.we all know about online shopping site. i have expreinced fromsnapdeal flipkart paytm etc . they are good in market they dont send promo sms too much. they only send sms you if you ordered some product. but this stupid companyy really waste my time . no response from customer care . already requested for delete my number from your data list.

My request, Can you please inform them to stop sending any SMSs in my cell phone number: +91 [protected] from AskMeBazaar? If I have ever subscribed then please ask them unsubscribed me. I have tried from their website and cannot see any option to unsubscribe SMS. Most of the SMS getting from DM-520402 & DM-620402. I got call from customer care, what they did is put me on hold & then disconnect the call. I never receive call back again from them. I am waiting since last 3 months. - Why are you cutting the calls in between ? - If call gets disconnected then why aren't you making call again ? - When will you solve my problem ?

                            I received a defective product I called Ask me Bazaar help desk they said they can only provide the refund. I agreed to it. 2 days after they arranged for a reverse pickup of the product. They said I will be getting refund in 7-10 days. Until now I haven't received any refund. And whenever I call Ask me bazaar they keep saying that they will refund the amount next business day.

                                i bought a a rebook dafulle bag and a rebbok watch combo for rs 300 and when i recieved my item i found it defected and i complaint immediately to the company customer care and they told that they have a policy to refund the amt back with in 15 working days and i filled a complaint for it. company send their courier person to pick my item fro my house and after recieving it with 15 day they have to trasfer my amount but it is more that 2 months they did transfer my amt

                                  I had booked a fridge on 7th July which was supposed to be delivered on the 8th. Amount of Rs. 11, 115.00 was debited from my account immediately. However I did not receive any confimation on sms or email. Inspite of repeated attempts of inquiring with their help line I have received no response. This, according to me, is a fraud company and I am really feeling cheated. I have sent the bank details via email to the customer care helpline as well but to no avail. I am really thinking of going to consumer court with my complaint.
