I ordered a Beats (?) Bluetooth speaker on askmebazaar,
The Amount was 899 Rs, and i applied 'monsoon' something coupon code, after that i had to pay only Rs. 499,
The courier guy came to my office address on 14th July 2015 with the product and asked me to pay 899 Rs, I told him that according to the deal, I have to pay only 499, but he shown it on his mobile that according to us (GOJAVAS) you have to pay 899 Rs. only, obviously i didn't pay the money and he went back.
I registered a complaint on askemebazar helpline on the same day - 14th July 2015 and informed them about how poor their communication is. someone superior person (Neeraj Yadav) committed me that I will get my Product on 16th July for sure, today is 16th July and its 7:00 pm, i have not received my product and i don't expect it to arrive any soon.
I called customer care number for 3-4 times today (which i am doing from last 3 days), everybody is repeating the same message 'escalation has been done', 'escalation has been done', 'escalation has been done'.
Neeraj yadav is not ready to come on line and have a talk with me, over and above they are cutting my call on my face, thats an insult to the customer
Courier people have updated a remark on their website that customer is not ready to pay the COD amount (UNIASKC124401), which again is an insult to the customer.
We are living in 2015 and these people are taking 'Days' to communicate with eachother - AskMeBazaar And GOJAVAS
That courier guy is roaming around in the city with my speakers from last 4 days, i asked for a contact number but he refused and after many requests, he gave me local office address which turned out to be a wrong one.
I also suspect these speakers will be original 'Beats'
This was my first order on AskMeBazaar and i think the last one also.
Guys, wish me luck that i will get the product.

We came across your concern and have got this investigated. You shall be receiving a call from our care team members soon. They shall resolve the case for you to your satisfaction. As for the the extra amount you have mentioned as charged by F.E -- is not extra but the amount we receive in the invoice from seller. In that case you need to talk to the sellers site. I'm receiving plenty of SMSs from AskMeBazaar with different offers. It is around 25-30 times a day. My request, Can you please inform them to stop sending any SMSs in my cell phone number: +91 [protected] from AskMeBazaar? If I have ever subscribed then please ask them unsubscribed me. I have tried from their website and cannot see any option to unsubscribe SMS. Most of the SMS getting from DM-520402 & DM-620402. Receiving very frequently is very disturbing, just want get rid of it. Please help
