              I ordered Xiaome 10400 mah Power Bank. The problem is that, it does not charge to the time(5.5hrs) given by company. And also doesn't give the required output power. For example: The power bank is charge in one hour and provides output for one hour. It doesn't charge or give power of 10400 which is the device capacity.

                      I have ordered Nokia Bluetooth Headphone before 10 days and They delivered at my adress yesterday but in the packet there was a samsung power bank instead of Bluetooth headphone. and i called them and they said me that i have to provide them my bank account number to claim refund but i cant trust on them so i cant provide my bank account number to them.. i made cash payment at time of receiving parcel then they have to pay me in cash and then i can return them their product. but now they are cheating like this to everyone. i saw many negative reviews after this scam.

                              I have purchased 4 (four) leather belt from ask me bazar .com. on 16.02.15.but as per the add they have send me a low grade product. After complaine the retune back the product . But till date they are not retune back my money. I have complained over telephone somany time .Their no respond.

                                Dear Sir, My order no. is AB3346285(Original Samsung Mobile Charger.) I place this order on 3rd june 2015.Till date this order not receive on my address. I allready Payment by online. I complaint before 45 days. Every time told me after 7 days our consulting team call you back. But no response to my complaint.

                                No responce on my complaint on till date. I regularly call them but they also told me that we will call u in 7 days. They send wrong order tracking no.to me.

                                  Hi Team, I have made order of watch in your site. Order ID:AB3884968. Very worst costumer service. I made order on 3rd July 2015.I making continues followup through customer service. I didnt get proper response. They simply raising complaint. I didnt get any response for that. Complaint id:QRC33497823. Actually My problem is i made payment for watch in online but delivery came with COD(Cash on Delivery). I didnt get confirmation of my payment but my amount is deducted in account. So i returned back the product for the payment issue. Im keeping follow up for 13 days still i didnt get the exact status of my product and my money deducted from my account. Kindly check and do the needful. Thanks and Regards, Ashok Kumar Muniraj

                                  sir, this company is big fraud...they are doing a scam...for some people they accept payment and dont deliver product...for some people they accept payment and on delivering again ask for Cash on delivery... for some people they send duplicate(cheap zero value) product and accept payment as Cash on delivery...and company uses all this money without interest for 2-3 months... if somebody raise complaint thy start harassing, mental torture, delaying so that the customer stop taking followup and finally froget his hard earned money...this is a fraud company and we must make government aware of it and help other people from not getting looted... rs. 299 is small amount, so this people knew that people will forget it...just think if in same manner they accept rs.299 from 1 lakh people how much big amount it will be...i dont know why nobody from www.consumercomplaints.in conveys all such complaint to government...i have recently filed one consumer case in bangalore court...u also file a case...and let them rum from one court to another...

                                    Order NO: AB3946828 Date: 7th July 2015 I ordered a Beats (?) Bluetooth speaker on askmebazaar, The Amount was 899 Rs, and i applied 'monsoon' something coupon code, after that i had to pay only Rs. 499, The courier guy came to my office address on 14th July 2015 with the product and asked me to pay 899 Rs, I told him that according to the deal, I have to pay only 499, but he shown it on his mobile that according to us (GOJAVAS) you have to pay 899 Rs. only, obviously i didn't pay the money and he went back. I registered a complaint on askemebazar helpline on the same day - 14th July 2015 and informed them about how poor their communication is. someone superior person (Neeraj Yadav) committed me that I will get my Product on 16th July for sure, today is 16th July and its 7:00 pm, i have not received my product and i don't expect it to arrive any soon. I called customer care number for 3-4 times today (which i am doing from last 3 days), everybody is repeating the same message 'escalation has been done', 'escalation has been done', 'escalation has been done'. Neeraj yadav is not ready to come on line and have a talk with me, over and above they are cutting my call on my face, thats an insult to the customer Courier people have updated a remark on their website that customer is not ready to pay the COD amount (UNIASKC124401), which again is an insult to the customer. We are living in 2015 and these people are taking 'Days' to communicate with eachother - AskMeBazaar And GOJAVAS That courier guy is roaming around in the city with my speakers from last 4 days, i asked for a contact number but he refused and after many requests, he gave me local office address which turned out to be a wrong one. I also suspect these speakers will be original 'Beats' This was my first order on AskMeBazaar and i think the last one also. Guys, wish me luck that i will get the product.

But still now i don't received my product. 4 days before i called the customer. she told i will make arrangement to produce your order on 02.07.2015. they have sent sms mentioned that your order ready to be dispatched it will be delivered with in 8-12 working days. yesterday i spoke with customer care they told me that your order has been cancelled. This activity is very worst. how can they cancelled my order with out my knowledge. i need the correct response from your end...
