    i purchase a product on 1st june i recieve it after 15 days and at 16th of june i complain them to return it becouse it was tottaly useless. its packing from inside is ridiclous and today is 8/7/2015 no one pick this item what a nonsense this is.

            Sir myself Dhinal HariaI had ordered one xiaomi's portable charger with capacity of 10, 000 MaH on 9th March'2015 at a cost price of Rs.600/-, but the product delivered to me was found defective i.e, of lower capacity than ordered. when it came to my knowledge I immediately contacted askme bazaar and they accepted it and lodged complaint against the same. They noted down my bank details and confirmed me that the product will be taken back and amount of Rs.600/- will be refunded within 2 to 3 weeks after taking back the product.They took back the product after 1 month of lodging the complaint and that too after certain repeated remainders but till date no refund is received after calling twice thrice. But when I have called Red express I was shocked to hear that supplier has only booked consignment number but not delivered item to red express. which is breach of trust.by informing you false awb no. seller is misguiding ask me bazzar and me.                 Hi, i am very tried through your frequently SMS on my mobile request. kindly stop sending me your skim sms on my mobile number. 4th July 2015 i had called your toll free number([protected]) for stop such sms on my mobile. but your executive sunil kamby told me they will not stop sending such type sms on my number. and he send such SMS on daily. if you unable to stop sms on my mobile number . so kindly provide me legal authority to proceed the problem in consumer forum of india for further legal process. if still you not stop sms so i will you give a RTI.                         Hi As per the trailing mail, I had ordered for a Branded 10000mAh SONY Power Bank (Order No. AB3607356). Even though the pincode (682302) was in the Cash On Delivery list, I had to go all the way to the DTDC couries, Ernakulam North and pick up the product on 04.07.2015 (Saturday). On opening the packet, i was surprised to find that the plastic case of the Power Bank was in tempered condition and there was no user manual inside. Since the power bank usually has to be charged continuously, at least for 13 hrs before the first use, I kept it for charging till Sunday noon. However the power bank showed no signs of charging and did not work. I tried charging the same from my laptop on Monday, which was again a failure. It seems that the product is not original SONY and there is nothing which stops me from believing that it is a fake product. I had intimated the issue to your customer care executive today at [protected]. Please be informed that I will be sending the product back to you today itself. It is quite embarrassing for a customer like me that fake products which are not in working condition are being sent without any checks.                                       I have bought Xiaomi power bank on few days before and my order ID is AB2218843 . Within 3-4 days i have found that the power bank is not working. It even not charging my mobile even once for more than 50%. I have called your customer care and they said the return policy is done only with in 48 hrs. But I dont know that how it is possible to know the status of an electronic product with in 48 hrs. Then they asked me to mail customer support. But still i didnt get any reply from the team for more than 2 weeks. I am getting missed calls from customer support. It has been more than a month i am suffering because of it. I am not getting any good response fro your side via customer supports. I have trusted your site and made an order. But i have never expected such a bad support from your side. I have also asked my friends to made order from your site. But now I very well understand that your customer support and return policies are too poor. Kindly do the needful and refund the money else replace the product asap.
