Asthijivak — Misguiding and misleading | |||||
I have purchased Asthijivak lep&oil after seeing their ad/commercial in TV where they show that their lep&oil will cure the pain and will make you fit but nothing such happened after using the product for 15 days. They guarantee money back within 15 days. But when I called them within 15 days they were not attending my calls with responsibility and after keep trying calling them as days passed they said now it is more than 15 days we wont refund. This is totally cheating and the product is kept with me and I want my refund of Rs3600 back. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Kindly arrange to give details of despatched items at the earliest This is to inform you that I have purchased Asthijivak 'lep' powder and oil sent by you in two sets which were delivered at my residence. (Cash receipt No. 174 dated[protected] of Need Analyze Solutions (Dealers & Distributors of Telemart and Saptarishi Products) for Rs. 3, 600/- for order No. 31451596. These documents were sent to e-mail Id [protected]@asthijivak.com.
I have been using both the 'lep' powder and the oil as per the directions for use described in their pamphlet sent along with the product and also described in their TV advertisements and their website for knee pain. The photocopy of your pamphlet is also sent herewith as another attachment.
I regret to state that despite my meticulous use of the products as per the directions for more than 25 days, I have not got any relief and I continue to suffer with knee pain.
As promised by you in the TV advertisements, I request for refund of my money of Rs.3, 600/- as the products (lep-powder ad oil) are ineffective in giving me any relief against my knee pain.
I hope that this will receive your immediate attention and the money shall be refunded to me without fail.
So far they have not returned my money.

My Gosh, I ordered yesterday only at night and they call me today morning that my product reached YamunaNagar and will be delivered at 1 pm. By chance I checked online and read all these reviews, Now after reading all this, I am not going to buy this for sure. Thanks for giving reviews online by everyone.
I am reproducing below the correspondence that I had with M/S Asthijivak. Please see they are evading without giving any response. I am convinced the entire business of Asthijivak is a big hoax. Dr. M.V.R. PRASAD
