Address: BTM 2nd Stage Bangalore

Amount of rs.600/- has been deducted from my sbi saving account on 05.07.2020. Stating transfer to inb avenues india private lim. Ref. No. Is[protected]igaixhbpg0. I don't remember i have done any transaction on that day. I have also not received any otp for the transaction after seeing my monthly statement i got to known. Kindly confirm on what reason the above amount is deducted without my knowledge.

          Purchase pubg uc for rs 799 on 14 july 2020
          My money got debited from my account but it showed that purchase has failed. I didn't receive my uc not did i got any refund. Please either give me uc in pubg mobile or refund my money.
          The transaction reference is igaiywhiz7.
          I contacted in game customer support but haven't got a reply.

          Please solve the problem asap.

              Today on dated 12.07.2020 i recharged through net banking (Sbi) amount 555 inr. But the amount deducted from my sbi account but there is no recharge of 555 inr.

              After that i recharged 555 inr again and the amount deducted from my sbi account.

                Refund my amount
                Dear sir/ ma'am

                My ₹ 94400.00 amount was withdrawn by some unknown persons without my knowledge on 24.04.20 from 2:43am to 8:08am.
                Un-authorized transaction occurred from my bank account without my knowledge. I a lakshmaiah holding a sbi saving account in settipalli branch vide account number [protected].

                Hence it requested the benevolent officer to kindly refund my lost amount.

                Fir registered in local police station. Complaint logged in national cyber-crime online portal.

                Please rectify my problem as early as possible. Transaction details are given below

                First transaction: thx for inb txn of rs.35400.00 frma/c x30640 to avenues india private lim — ref#[protected]igaimwuxq8 transfer to 4 on 24apr2020.
