I paid Rs.638 towards an order using Meesho app for 2 kids pants on 19th July 2020. The payment was performed through SBI Net Banking and the amount was deducted to pay INB Avenues India Private Limited immediately.
However, after the transaction was completed, the Meesho order is not updated anywhere. The order has not gone through as I haven't received the item till now and the expected delivery date was 27th July 2020. I have contacted Meesho team in this regard via mail and by phone on the number provided, but no acknowledgment of complaint or any response from them.
The transaction details are recorded in my SBI account statement as reference number:[protected]IGAIZRAWH8
Kindly help me get my money back.
Avenues India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

We got your mail. Please forward the evidence by WhatsApp on 6207912541 and request for your amount by g pay. Never share any personal information like Card no, cvv, otp and never download any app.
