            I recharged my videocon d2h account (Custumer id:[protected] with rs 500 via net banking yesterday and my sbi account got debited by the stated amount. However, rs 500 not got credited in my stated d2h account till now. Moreover, d2h customer care also unable guide me properly.

              This is really pathetic... I had paid for my air asia flight a sum of 2199 on 13th sep 2019 and air asia did not receive my money and hence my ticket was not booked moreover the money got deducted from my account and upi transaction is successful. This is my first pathetic experience in upi transaction.
              Look into the matter as soon as possible and please refund the amount if not able to pay for the booking.
              Also the company has to look more into the successful rates of transactions happening
              Many times the failure of the payment at the receiver end make us to do an additional payment!

                I had made a transaction of rs.200 to my starbucks account (Card 9262) via google pay. The amount was debited from my account for the same. But the amount was not credited to my starbucks account and i had to make additional payments to add the amount to my card. Eventhough the amount has been debited it's not reflected on the app. But they said that the transaction is not been made therefore i'm attaching a proof of the same. Please do the needful.

                      I've made a transaction on 21st of june to jackjones.in via ccavenues using my upi app. The payment is showing as successful in my upi account for rs 8136. The upi id of the transaction is[protected].
                      However, the merchant is claiming it as a failed transaction even though the money has been debited from my account.
                      You are requested to please look into the issue as the payment from my account is through and paid to ccavenues but they've not further released the payment to the merchant.

                                        On 30 May 2019, amount of INR 11232.75 has been deducted from my SBI account twice (total amount INR 22465.5).

                                        I did not authorize this transaction still the amount was deducted from my SBI account and was transferred to INB AVENUES INDIA PVT LTD.

                                        I did not recieve any message from bank regarding such transaction and came to know about it through internet banking.
