Why my amount has been credited to your account, pls refund that asap. this has been debited my SBI account...

Maine bezi shop pr shopping online ki thi payment bank se kat gaya h pr product mujeh recived nhi hua h mere amount refund kare

I haven't made any recent bank transactions or online transactions from my account but i could see Rs.1295 deducted with RefNo[protected]IGAJUJHTF0 TRANSFER TO 4 on Nov 9th 2020. I would like to request a refund on this transaction asap....

I had ordered a winter jacket online paying through inb avenues india pvt. ltd. The transaction id of the product for billing is[protected]IGAJVISXB9 tranfer to 4...it was purchased from shopclues.
I can't trace the product's whereabouts.

Unauthorised debit has happened from my account by avenue india private limited for rs 6509 on 7 july 2020.

I have not done any online transaction or internet banking using the account.

With reference to the above subject matter that is self-explanatory, I did not receive the Rs.19.00 idea prepaid recharge that is done on 29.10.2020.

I did not either receive a refund.

I wonder why such big institutions like SBI & IDEA should have service relations with Avenues India which not interested in performing their jobs.

I had done transanction for bata india on dt 13.10.2020 for rs. 1260/- but i don't recd any order confirmation no. Till date & payment showing in name of avenues india p.Ltd.,
