I dont remeber when i made these 2 payments so please let me know what is all about. Narration for both the transactions is "to transfer inb avenues india pvt. Ltd" to amount deducted is 1365 and 1045 respectively.

          Hello sir/madam, i am maboob khan, this mail is regarding withdrawn of total amount rs. 9998 from my sb account no [protected] on 18/01/2018 without my knowledge, without any request from my side and i did not get any message like otp to my mobile. On 18/01/2018 the total amount as mentioned earlier was transferred to avenues india pvt ltd in a series of two transactions of rs 4999 each with reference number igacszuvv4 and igacszvjk8. Please check and provide the necessary details about that transaction and refund to my account. Thank you

                I have order shopclues gizmobitz power bank when ordering time due to the network problem the ordering was interrupted and i got some message like your order not placed. But the amount was debited from my account by your gateway but the order was not placed successfully but you have debited my amount. So please refund my amount on the same account from which account you debited & i ordered the product again the order placed successfully. I got the product from other gateway

Then the payment stus was pndng n the failure but I have not received my money or any message.Bank informed me the payment is successful so they have nothing to refund.

                            Order id = nms[protected]w.
                            The order was declined because according to netmeds, the money was not credited to netmeds.
                            Also, the money was not refunded back to my bank account.

                            Issue is resolved. Money is refunded on 20/11/2017. Thanks a lot.

                                I had placed an order for handbags on 1st october 2017, the value of the order was rs.699/-. Order #8518. I had done online payment for the same.
                                I had received order confirmation but till date i haven't received any update on the product delivery. When i checked the link given with the order confirmation the site itself is not working. Kindly refund the money to me. I feel this is a fake site. Because of this site all other online sites are affected. This is not acceptable. The company name which i have received in the payment is avenues india pvt. Ltd.

                                      Amount of 10000rs got deducted by avenues india pvt ltd mumbai i from my hdfc credit card on 24.08.2017. I have not at all done any transaction on that day then how come this money got deducted. I have contacted hdfc credit card department they are saying that it will take 120 working days to get this issue resolved. Why should i wait for such long period of time when there is no fault from my end. If we educated guys are being fooled to this extent then imagine an uneducated guy using a credit card what will be his situation.
                                      If this issue is not resolved then i will file a case in the consumer court and get my amount back.

                                      Dear friends who are using hdfc credit cards be aware of them if you miss out checking your credit card details you can be fooled to much extent than me in my case it is 10000rs you may be fooled saying that you have did a transaction of 50000 rupees and you have to forecfully end up paying the money which you have not at all used.

                                      For being their customer for 6 years they have gifted me this.

                                        i have recharge Rs.2490 on date 14.08.2017 on my sbi credit card ref no.[protected] but they not received this amt. They said that received amt Rs.1175 & switch off my dish tv box so please solve this problem as early as possible.

                                        I recharged my airtel dish tv id no.[protected] with an amount of rs.300 using sbi debit card. an amount of rs.300 has been deducted from my account but your message show transaction id.[protected] as failed and my recharge is still pending.please resolve the complaint sooner at possible.
                                        I have paid my electricity bill amounting rs. 3142.16 on 22.10.2017 vide reference no.[protected]GACFUAYG0. Amount already debited from my account but not credited.
                                        Please let me know when the amount will be credited back in my account.
