I had made payment of my cable TV. bill through online banking on 28.02.2017 for Ortel communications Ltd. but by mistake payment went to Avenues India Pvt. Ltd. An amount of 218.93 deducted from my account that time but no payment has been done in my Ortel cable Tv.
So kindly request you to refund the amount of Rs 218.93 in my account.( MY Account no. is - [protected])
Avenues India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
On[protected] I recharged my Air Tel card for Rs.147-00 through net banking. Till now the same has not been recharged and the amount has not been refunded also.Even after the lapse of 24 days no action has been taken. This kind of failure transaction should be immediately attended. Kindly arrange to refund the same.

      I had tried to purchase movie tickets (4 nos.) on 16.01.2017 for the movie shathamanam bhavathi at talluri theatre, kushaiguda, hyderabad but, the transaction was failed after paying the money through netbanking. but when i saw my bank statement if is found that my money for the ticket has been deducted from my account. hence, i request you to kindly pay back my ticket amount of rs.353.92. the transaction id no. is[protected]igaapvyaa3 transfer to 4.

      Please revert.
      On 4th April 2017 I tried to recharge my BSNL Mobile no.[protected], but actually it is not recharged. And my amount Rs. 78/- was deducted from my bank account . If possible please return my amount to my account.

          An online transaction with snapdeal failed due to some technical issues (Product probably out of stock in the process of purchasing). After checking my account balance through onlinesbi, i found that an amount of the product item has been debited twice, and, an additional amount of 1, 992 inr has been debited titled as "to transfer inb avenues india pvt. Ltd." the ref no. Attached was[protected]igaapcoji1. Incidents of this kind is highly uncalled for. Please look into the matter urgently.

            Today 7.01.2017 i made payment for movie tickets and payed through the net banking by reference no.[protected]gaaoqdbg8 for rs.906.56. But after receiving the payment it is displayed that error accured but tickets not received by me. Pls return the mony or send the ticket immediatly otherwise i will take an neccessary legal action for deficiency in service befor the approprite forum and also u have to pay the compensation for my mental agony.

              On 13th December, 2016 I made two failed transactions on makemytrip.com but amounts of Rs. 6791 and 6591 were deducted from my bank account on behalf of Avenues India Pvt. Ltd. and the transactions id are :[protected] and[protected]. The make my trip complain Reference ID:[[protected]]. Although I called the customer care service of make my trip but they asserted that the amounts were not funded to their account which means that it was deducted from Avenues India Pvt. Ltd. account and still not refunded to my bank account even after 20 days. This shows pure case of irresponsibility from your side and thus I want the refund as soon as possible.

                                On oct 08th, i booked 3 tickets from chennai to bangkok and made a payment of 29, 463 through net banking (Citi bank) which redirected to ccavenue gateway, my amount got deducted but did not get booking confirmation from airasia. Airasia says they have not received money from the gateway. Can you please look into it and refund the money as soon as possible

                                      On 30.09.16, i tried to top up my mobile pre paid recharge through bsnl. My mobile no is [protected].in first instance while making payment of rs. 220+10=230/=, the otp was not displayed at 19:50 hrs, but without confirming otp, the amount of rs.230/= was debited from sbi account. [ tranc. Reference no.[protected]gocunpqd5 ] again the top up process was repeated for same recharge amount and the top up for rs.220+ rs.10/= was successful with second otp at 19:56 hrs.[ tranc. Reference no.[protected]gocunqsf5 ]. Thus an amount of rs.230/= need to be refunded in account because twice the amount was deducted and the top up was recharged only for rs.220/='

                                        I use canara internet banking regularly for transaction, but today the 21 aug 2016 i noticed a strange transaction which i had not done on the 02 july 2016 and 1st aug 2016 to avenues india pvt. Ltd, the deduction amount is rs 499 + 499. I did not authorised any payment to this company. I had no connection with this company at all.
