Dear concern On date 31/12/19 two times adjustment entry reason 105 rupees withdraw my wallet and again 08/01/2020 two times 75 rupees withdraw my wallet.. Total180 rupees withdraw till date my fast tag recharge wallet. Please credit this amount is asap. I have booked fast tag on 02nd Dec 2019. Yet no tracking details given. It has been more than 2 weeks. Helpline number is not useful/only music pays after two IVR option.

I have applied for Fastag on Dec 7 2019 and I received a message from Axis Bank on Dec 10 2019 that my FasTag has been Despatched via Blue Dart but I have not received the Fastag till now nor received a call from Axis Bank on the Courier Delivery Status. I have paid Rs. 200/- for this.

I applied Fastag in Axisbank on 29-Nov-2019. still they not delivered my fastag, they said that, deliver will be with in 7days. now almost 18days, still not received. no answering if call axisbank fastag customer care.
