Hi team, I ordered fastag card online with axis bank on the date dec 23 2019. I have not received the fastag till now. Can you please let me know the status of my fastag. Is that lost?? Even if it's late by few days is not a problem.. But nil response from the bank scares me a lot. Pfb details: Name: vamshi krishna guddeti Below are the ticket id's generated at axis bank: (Etc. Also, they had sent me a courier tracking number which is of not my fastag. Am from hyderabad and it is delivered to mumbai address I called to toll free number multiple times. Jan 22, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Axis bank support team had looked into this issue and sent the fastag to my address..
