Hi team,

I ordered fastag card online with axis bank on the date dec 23 2019. I have not received the fastag till now.

Can you please let me know the status of my fastag. Is that lost?? Even if it's late by few days is not a problem.. But nil response from the bank scares me a lot.

I have raised number of complaints.. But still no luck. Also, they had sent me a courier tracking number which is of not my fastag. Am from hyderabad and it is delivered to mumbai address

I called to toll free number multiple times. However you are unreachable.

Axis bank support team had looked into this issue and sent the fastag to my address.. Thanks for the help

I understand that the team should be very busy with large amount of fresh fastag accounts..

I was waiting for the response from customer service to know about the status of my fastag..

Even if the fastag is late by one week am ready to wait for it... But, one of the executives has reported that the fastag is delivered in Mumbai location. Can you please comment on it and let me know the status of my fastag
